My landlord in Ganac was using a interesting knife,he told me he got it in a shop in Foix.
So I had to detour.
Sadly didn’t have much time as it’s a pedestrian area, but what a great shop.
He even knew the owner in Brice where I got my Coutou knives from.
I bought 3 great knife slips but didn’t want to rush a knife purchase.

It’s not sad,it’s just how it is.True, but not many where UK friendly.
It was to much to take in,so in the end I just bought some slips.Johnnythefox
Which Lagoule did you buy at that shop?
The one you were holding looks good. I didn't know they made a barehead Lagoule.

My "oops". Sorry.Do you mean shadow laguioles? I didn't see any bareheads in those pics. Barehead = 1 bolster at the joint. Shadow = No bolsters.
The French term for a shadow knife is plein manche.
