I have one like this that is walnut though it could also be wenge.Thank you sir! The length is about 22cm and I’m not sure what the wood is. it’s not identified in any of the paperwork. I really like the file work on the back spring.

Laguiole Camembert. Love the backspring on this knife, the closing has such a satisfying sound, it is amazing. My first French pocket knife. Already checked out their website, and they have one with Pistachio handles. Might have to get one of those as well![]()
I'm a big fan of le Camembert! Nice juniper on yours, a very classic French handle and the scent really adds to it as well.![]()

Hi, yes it seems she makes some fixed blades, mainly for cooking .thanks for the pics of this lady maker too, in the first pic I wonder if that was a fixed blade on her table in the clamp? Maybe a kitchen knife.
