Gec built 2022 Remington Bullet knife

Keep in mind these are actually smaller than an original grand daddy barlow, most of them are in the 5 1/4" range. At 4.7" GEC did a nice job downsizing them and they look more proportional than an original. GEC did the same with the 97 large folding hunter and made it a better knife in my opinion.

I think the sterling silver shield is really nice and very traditional for Remington knives.

I wonder if the sterling silver shield limited the number they produced?

Looking forward to this one!

for that asking price, id hope it would be pinned? but im not sure if theyd pin silver or glue it.
 
How many are produced in this run? I’ve waded through GEC’s website and cannot seem to find it.

I very much agree. The 97s were definitely better served by a downsizing. I think the same can be said for this big barlow - I'm very much looking forward to getting mine in.
 
Waiting for the Remington collectors to start complaining that the GEC collectors are buying all of these knives :)

I’m still on the fence with these. I’m going to wait until they hit hands and I can asks questions. They’ll most likely be sold out by then though.
