giveaway - emerson horseman

Wow thanks for all these chances

I have never owned a Emerson of any kind :o

I know right? Anyways... I like the handle of this one, with the slight curve and large finger guard this guy looks like it's ready for work! I am no combo edge hater... Infact I love combo edge for a real world work EDC. They pop zipties with ease and slide through cardboard like a light saber.

The black coating is pure tacty-cool Emerson, gotta love that! Has the blade profile to back the look up.

Also, Iv been really wanting to try out regular 154cm, I have a folder with cpm154cm but no regular 154cm.

I'd love to get this guy in hand and carry/use it for a month or so then do a take down review of it :D

I'd give her a good permenant home that would be safe from being trade bait or sold/flipped

(A link to one of my take down review of a ZT 300 (click me) )

( And another link to a Sage 1 take down review (click me) )

(why I like combo edge for a real world user (click me) ) I do promise if I win I will NOT hit it with a hammer :D

(One more combo edge picture thread, just because (click me) ) :D

Thanks so much for the chance :)

I've always wanted an Emerson but never came around to picking one up. The horseman in particular has been in my top 5 Emersons to get, but I've never gotten one at all for some reason.

Don't worry, I would love it, its a very sexy knife.

Count me in :)

Been training horses since I was about 12 y/o. Ive found that a knife about this size is perfect for most of the chores you have to do around the barn and on the trail. Ive run into a few guys who have used their knives in rough spots to cut stock free ropes but mostly use them to open feed bags and cut hay strings. Thats a nice knife that looks liked itd be perfect in a chap pocket. Never owned one, but you got me interested. Most generous of you. Thanks.

Very generous of you.
I would use it as an EDC. I hear alot of talk about them but have never owned one. Nothing I own is a safe queen. I would post a monthly on the things done with it for at least the next year with pic's and a report of general condition. Kind of a work in progress. South Louisian can be a harsh environment and I spend alot of time outdoors. I would put it through the paces and report on it. That is why I should have the knife.
Thanks for the consideration.

I have no Emerson and have never owned one and I would like to own one to try it out and see what its like. Thanks

I also have never owned an Emerson but I would love to test this bad boy out during one of my camping trips, cheers :)

I have always wanted to try an Emerson.... I have heard that they are sturdy, rock solid knives! I've read their testimonials and it seems alot of guys use them that are service personnel and seemed to be somewhat directed towards that crowd (my opinion) I am going into the police academy and plan on getting an Emerson soon either way! I always liked the philosphy behind their knives including the none specialty parts they use to assemble the knife! I think this would be a great knife to rely on during times when you demand performance from your knife! Thanks for the contests, very very generous!

Wow these give-a-ways are crazy.

I have never owned an Emerson Knife but have always wanted one. I am a huge knife enthusiast but have not been able to save up enough money to afford one. There are not that many knife shops in my area to even handle one. Would love the opportunity to try one out as I enjoy using all the knives that I have. Thanks for the contest!

I would love a chance. I do not have an Emerson, which is why I would appreciate winning one. I love all knives, and have a varied collection. Thanks again.

I would like a chance.

I've looked wistfully at this exact model, but had to pass. I'll probably never be able to afford a knife in that price range. I don't really have any good folders.

Have yet to own an Emerson. Heard/read good things. I wanna see what they are all about.

Thanks for the contest dude,
Canis

I as well would like to be in on this. Thanks for the chance. I have never owned an Emerson like the rest. Only held a couple of them at shows.

I can't resist trying at another one of your giveaways. You are being generous indeed. I have never owned an Emerson. In fact I have never had the chance to fondle one either.

I would be sure to use it - though not abuse it. As I figure a tool should be used.

Thank you, again, for the chances at these fantastic giveaways.

Hey count me in. I'm more of a traditional knife kind of guy, but I can't say no to the possibility of just one more knife, and I've never owned or handled an Emerson. And I've never been afraid to use one.

Send it this way and it'll get some hard use, especially considering camping season is upon us.

Thanks for the offer.

I have never owned an Emerson but I have always wanted one. I once had a chance to buy one of the benchmade versions at a great price but had to pass it up due to my budget. I would carry it at work (construction) and as an EDC and I would love to have a chance to take pics of it being used. Thank you for the chance .

I've never had an Emerson, but I do like them. I can always use a tough knife at work, and me Benchmade seems to be getting all the abuse. it would be nice to give it a rest and let something else step into the ring. I'm a general contractor and I use my knife heavily, daily.

Also, I have a really nice camera, so I can take some good pictures.:D

Thank you very much for the offer!!

I held an emerson and thats actually what got me interested in knives, still not able to afford it, but i was able to buy a spyderco with a wave. an actual emerson would be amazing. thanks for the chance!

Well, I've never owned any Emerson and would love to put it through its paces, I would love to find out what all the fuss is about!
Thanks for the chance!
