You fooled me, You fooled everybody on the Forum that you ordered and paid for a products and did not received it. (Or I missread all the postings and the e-mails) You also attacked the specs. without ever seeing a products. That is bad manners in any shape or form in any languages. If my memory is still correct in Germany such person is called: "HOCHSTAPLER"

Now that you created a firestorm around you, made everybody feel sorry for you. Now the clear picture manifested from the spectrum is clear in Germany you would be named as: "ECHTE PECHVOGEL".

So I am asking again anybody, that has a beef to grind:

I do not mind if someone speaks for another person if the subject is not related to Us / Me. But when it comes to Me You are kindly asked, that the "Person" shall speak for him / herself. 'And there will be peace in the Valley.'

As of Jeff he just got only 2 complains that he will forward it to me and will be taken care of it. (So, where is the beef?)

I hope this posting makes it clear to everybody, that we do not have intention to "Rip Off Anybody"

As to evaluation pieces we may give some away and they also may have them keep it. In the goodwill they want to give the value to a Charity is fine with us.

We followed the postings and the ones attacked the products or me / do not ask for samples as we may not give you or sell you any.

So lets be nice to each other and as Geothe said:

Would NOT accept your light for free.

There's the product, there's the people behind the product and the product tends to be ONLY as good as the people behind them.

From what I've read, neither seem worth my dollars, nor will they see them.
 
We don't carry the products yet - and if this doesn't get resolved, we won't ever. It's that simple.
 
Mr. Goncz,

If your product is really as good as you seem to think it is and if you really are serious about cultivating a clientele that will make your business efforts a success then you really should take a course in anger management as well as a primary course in customer relations and continue to do so until you have mastered these fundamentals.
 
If your serious about people testing the lights, I am going to be living in the wilderness as a counselor for at-rsik youth for at least 2 years. I would be more then happy to test and send feedback on any products you are having complaints about or wish to have tested. If the product does what it says after my evaluation, I'll be more then happy to pay for it. You can e-mail me at ucobronc64@aol.com if you wish to discuss anything.

ZI just got off the phone with John this evening. He seemed like a great guy who really believes in his product. He is going to send me out a light and the reccomended batteries for testing. All he asked in return from me was to post the facts on the performance of the light. I will keep everyone updated on the performance of the light. to see if the claims are true. John told me to post anything I want on the light, as long as it's true. I believe he is being open to honest feedback here and I will do my best to share only the facts as I see them.

GOING, GOING, GONE,

We shipped the flashlights, that we promissed to:
Code 3, Jeremy and XYZ, with some other 19 orders.

I got together with Ted Bear and I give him M-3 and M-2 Models and he promissed to posts hes opinion soon.

He also give me the "Complain List" and as I go over on it there are actualy 4 that is outstanding and we will take care of it.

There is also one claim by "lemlux", that he claims we owe him 2 bulb suckets. The fact is We never promissed him and he never paid for it. Further in the past he ordered 2 battery packs, that he never paid for it and was produced. At that time I informed him that we do not want to sell him anything ever. Now he is claiming that we owe him. The fact is we do not owe that guy anything: zilch, nothing, nada, keine, zxcvbn, !@#$%^.!

Because Tedd asked me to send him, I informed him I will give it to him and if he wants to ship it , He may do so. Now if he accepts it I hope he has courtessy to compansate Ted for it with a $20.00 bil.

There is also one person, that he was going to design the Webb page for us, but it took too long and we had it done without ever using any of his work. To him we will send a light as a goodwill.

While we are at the subjects we shiped to number of CPF members that we got underpaid or as of now did not got paid. So you guys know who I am talking about, so is pay time and we will appriciate it.

So couple of "do gooder" and "imposters" made such a firestorm and labeling me and the products, that is not funny. Now that the facts are on the table and the smoke is cleared: The "do gooders" run their time and is time for them "Just Fade Away!" (MacArthur).

So lets wait for Teds and others opinions.

We received quite a few viruses and lost lot of files in the 'crash' if someone is out there and have ordered any thing and did not received it let us know and as a 'goodwill' we will add value of 20% in value.

That's a very selective virus. Erasing orders but keeping shipping and billing.

We lost some file amd some we were able to retrace through the shipping receipts. As we are using more than one computers as the technical and other confidential info on different Computers that are not hooked to the Net, so is off limit to any hackers etc.

What's hapaning Your body received something that the invoice is still out standing. Or perhaps did we offered you also free "bulb suckets" as "lamelux" is claiming. You want the suckets "pay for it..." But not from us.:mad: :footinmou

I had a very pleasant conversation with John on the phone this morning, and I left that conversation believing John wants to make things right with those that have legitimate claims. He also wants his products to shine on their own merits.

I think John is a sincere individual, and maybe he is misunderstood a bit. I think he deserves some patience, and understanding.

My test light is on the way, and I'm looking forward to using it, and submitting an unbiased review. I will be comparing it to a Surefire 6-P, a Pelican M6, and the new Streamlight Twin Task that I received this week.
 
His products might be supurb. But after being threatened by him and observing how he interacts with potential customers, I sincerely believe he needs to hire someone else, anyone else, to head up public relations and customer service.

He might be a nice guy over the phone. But on just about any forum or communicating through email he is very abrasive.

He is competing with manufacturers and dealers who have excellent public relations and customer service. There are very few out there who have patience and understanding. They will gravitate towards those who have a comparable or better product AND better interaction.
 
Guys, I've read this thread with great interest as I'm a closet flashaholic. A few posts into this thread, I saw Mr. Goncz's web link and I started to get excited. A read few more posts and I started to get educated. Mr. Goncz and his products are to be avoided. Sending out some free flashlights to a few folks lucky enough to be a vocal part of this forum doesn't erase the past. I'm very grateful for folks willing to share their experiences with Mr. Goncz and his products. In the meantime, I plan to add a few more Surefires to my flashlight inventory.

THANKS TO: TED BEAR

Ted tested the lights M-3 and M-2 for watter proof claim. We are claiming 120 feet. To our surprice He tested for 180 feet and the light is still functioning. (Some guys try it with some of your favorite brands).

Now, that the products stands tall!!! the same attack keep popping up: abrassive, etc...

With the time the market and the users will crystalize: the 'Six pack Joe' will have Maglite, Surefire, etc. The Profesionals that their life depends on top quality lights; the guys drive Mercedeses, Rolls Royses, BMW's, Cadilacs and wears Rollex and Phillip Patek, Cartier watches, will of course have The Goncz Hi-Tech lights... So every body will find the right for them self.

As to testing the lights on unbias terms we received five requests and we shipped 5 lights. These are the facts and they were asked to state: "Just the Facts".

To the above Poster: You probably could, would not give unbias oppinion, therefore do not ask for one!

I've read this thread since it started, my only question is when is either the Administrator or one of the Moderators going to "put a muzzle" on this Goncz character.

If anyone doesn't seem to agree with his high opinion of his product, he doesn't seem to be able to write any response, without either insulting someone or in some cases everyone. I don't judge a "professional" by the cars he drives, nor the watch he wears. Nor do I find it nessary to call people names or insult them if their opinion doesn't match my own.

I paid for a "Gold Membership" to this forum so I could abide by the rules of buying and selling. I still haven't heard an answer why this doesn't apply to Mr. Goncz advertising his products.

I don't own any of Mr. Goncz's products, and don't anticipate buying any. So, Mr. Goncz if you feel you need to take your best shots at me go ahead. However, I have always felt that any "name calling" or "insults" should be done in person, and "face-to-face," this somehow always makes it much more interesting.

The visionary statement is purely mine and that the way I see it. You may not agree with it and you posting your opinion and that the way it should be. We are not impossing on you to buy Our products, but do not imposse your oppinions on others. If you like other lights buy them and be happy! As I see it I am just posting the facts. That's all.

We getting couple of flacks on the Forum, that dos not called for.

The support and E-mail we getting offline is overwhelming. ...And guess what: I learned a new Word "Keyboard Commandos" that some of the supporters are naming some posters...

You feel I offended You, I do not thinks so, as this is the first time communicating towards You. As to meeting You "Face to Face" no problem name the place and time and I buy the 'first round Scotch'! If this posting is catagorized that is merits 'Gold Membership' than We will sign up, or even 'Dimond Membership' (if exist).

No body informed me that this forum is to discouse 'surefire' or some other brands only and is off limit for other prudcts.

The reason this thread is still open is for those people who John owes product/explanations to post, and get their voices heard.

As I understand it, evryone who has had a claim with John is being taken care of, and a few of us are getting lights to test.

As stated, John wants his product to stand on its own merits. However, John may come across as rude and abrasive, and I really don't believe that is his intent. I have spoken to John on the phone, and so has Jeremy, and Spark. He wants to do the right thing, and is on the road to accomplish that.

While this thread may seem like John is advertising, he is trying to get a situation resolved, and that is another reason we are allowing it.
