Andremaku, if you get any where with your persuit please please please notify the forum so that others he has ripped of can file additional charges. Odds are he owes $$$ to many people.

Hi again,
as I told I made some acivity, I wrote to Tampa Police Department, I got information that Mr. Kunz's address is located outside the city limits of Tampa. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has jurisdiction in that area and they can be reached at hcso@hcso.tampa.fl.us or (813) 247-8000
Secondly, I went at http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx where I complained. The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), and the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA). Now I'm waiting for answer from IC3 and see what I get.

to all people frauded by Andrew Kunz, please do the same as I, maby if we all leave there a notice the issue will be solved earlier.

Nice link to the 'Internet Crime Complaint Centre' andreemaku. I never knew it existed.
I've just filed a complaint against Great knives great prices. The initial process takes about 20 minutes. I urge all victims of Andrew Kunz to do the same. You'll feel much better after, knowing that you may be helping to stop this thief.

For what it´s worth, I have also filed a complaint at the IC3 site just now. I have also sent Mr Kunz an email asking, again, for a refund. If he doesn´t respond, I will also contact the sherrif´s office as you suggested.

Hey keep those complaints rolling in. If a number of us state our case they will get some one on this and prevent him from his bait and switch antics...

at http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx and the Tampa sherrifs' office.

Left mr. *COuntzUGH* a not so nice e-mail to; what a dork! He spammed all of his customers too, resulting in sharing dealings with GKGP.

This is it for me; I'm taking my loss ($85). I've never had any problems ordering in the US. Just gotta love all the knife related webshops and forums!

I think I'm being scammed by this guy too. It's been almost a month since I placed my order for 2 knives which came to $220+. My card was charged immediately, but I still haven't received them and there is no shipping info on his site.

I sent him several emails, some of which he has responded 'What did you order?' despite the fact I quoted my order number in the email - this seems like a stall tactic. He did not respond to emails which contained all details of my order. Every time I try to call his number, it goes straight to a message which says his mail box is full. The number attached to the credit card purchase is not listed on his site and belongs to his father. I was able to speak with his father twice, both times he said he would convey my desire to cancel my order to his son, Andrew.

It's been more than a week now since I asked to cancel my order by phone and email, and nothing has happened. This has never happened to me before and I don't know what I should do (first)?
-File claim with Credit Card company
-www.ic3.gov complaint
-Better Business Bureau of Florida complaint?
-other legal options?

I'm in the U.S. btw.

Thanks for any advice.

get hold of the credit card company NOW before your time runs out!

he used the same excuse with me...pretending he didnt know who I was after we spoke several times...he is stalling....cancel the transaction immediately!!!

Hey fellas, My heart goes out to all the GKGP survivors. I too have placed an IC3 complaint. Filed with my Credit Card as well and talked with his Web Site provider for Great Knives Great Prices. Prostores Inc. is a subsidiary of ebay and are the people hosting his web-scam/store. We need to find a way to relay our problem to this source. They can shut his web business down or at least pull it from their services and he will have to find a new "front." Perhaps there is a way to get him blacklisted somehow. Or if IC3 is doing their job he will be in prison soon. Whatever the case, if you were screwed: Step up and be heard... File those complaints.... if there are as many as I think, he will have much to answer for... But, only if we do not sit idle.... REPORT, DOCUMENT, ETC. He has had a lot of laughs at our expense until now. Enmass our complaints are legitimate and undeniable. Take action!

Also if anyone else has any luck or information to share with the lot of us please do. Has the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office responded to anyone? Has anyone gotten any notice etc from any of the agencies? I am sure he is not going unnoticed anymore. I would like to think "Bubba" is going to earn my $$ from poor Andy's ass in a prison shower. That is if the credit card company doesn't refund it first. *L*

Thanks for the advice - I have filed a claim with my Bank/CC company.

Pending the outcome of my claim, I also plan to file reports with;
http://www.ic3.gov
http://www.resellerratings.com/
http://www.ripoffreport.com/
and I would encourage others who have had similar problems to do the same.
If you know of similar sites, please post them.

I have tried contacting ProStores several times, and each time their automated answering system funnels me to Tech Support who consistently say 'We are just the hosting company.' and refuse to make note of my complaints. However, after reading the ProStores Merchant User Agreement, and based on the testimonies of other users in this thread, I think you can argue that he is in violation of 5.1(i), 5.1(ii) and under section 5.2 he should have his account terminated. I guess it's just a matter of getting our complaints to the right person at ProStores.

Here is hie personal info again if anyone wants it. Please note this is where he lives!

I thought he was such a nice guy when I spoke with him on the phone. BS'd for a few minutes and then took my CC # and immediately charged it. Good thing after a week of not receiving anything and trying several times a day to call him I did a charge back (and got my money back in a few days). I think it's so funny that he answered immediately when I called to give him my money, but he never answered after that. I guess he programmed my number as "victim #795" and ignored it when he saw it. AVOID THIS GUY!

God Bless,
Richard

It's great that he is getting all these chargebacks. Credit card companies hate chargebacks, and they penalize companies that get a lot of them.

his home number is no longer the same. i called just to see if he would answer and it went to a recording for another company.
