You should have kept this to yourself. When you plan to meet "face to face" where things could go south, you never tell anyone and never ever imply what your intentions might be on a public website.

Well, then none of us would know that he is a bonafide chest-thumping tough guy!!

I hope he wears dressed BDU's, smokes unfiltered camel cigs, and has some mean tats so he'll look the part when he gets there and discovers the Police would like to converse with him.

What's even worse is if boots and his friends decide not to show up for this face-to-face confrontation(which is the smarter choice at this point) and then later on someone else who has been screwed over by this crook decides to meet up with him and messes him up.

One of the first persons they're coming after will be bootstrenf if they're made aware of his post that he made here.

i live about 5 minutes away from this asshat according to mapquest.com....

me and a couple of friends will be paying this kid a visit tomorrow and we are going to have a face-to face.....if we get our knives or money, that is great......however, that is not the primary purpose of our visit.....

see you soon andrew....

Goodness gracious. You should never threaten, he would be within his rights to meet you with a loaded shotgun.

With so many established, trustworthy dealers on the net, why on Earth buy from someone nobody knows?

yep, with all the good folks around to deal with sometimes saving a dollar or 2 isnt the best deal once its all said & done...............

also good point RWS, very true.

bootstrenf has been banned for having two accounts here at BFC and not confining one of them to W&C.

New will be banned if he registered again with another ID.

well everyone, it's now wednesday and still no package. i've filled a dispute with my cc company. i'm also thinking about sending this to the hillsbrough county sheriffs office for further investigation. i never bothered to mention this in my first post, i'm a LEO with walton county in northwest florida. so i'm trying to decide if i have the time to pursue this further. it really burns me to be ripped off for something. i can stand to lose the 30 bucks that i spent. but the principal behind it is what's important to me. so give me a day or two to think about it. i may ask that anyone that is interested in reporting this to email me on a email account that i will set up for this with the details of their dealings with this guy. it sounds like he has committed a felony in this state, due to the number of people and the amount of money. to andrew, i am 100% serious about this. before you say a word about calling you, i tried, no answer. you should really reconsider the way you handle things, you may find that you aren't just morally liable but also legally. i have family in tampa, and have gotten things from them by usps seveal times in just a couple of days so i know how long it takes for things to get to here from your location. even just regular snail mail is only 3 days or maybe 4 at the most. as far as bootsrenf's comment, not the way to handle things. so much better for the police to do the work for you. will be back on in a few days. till then

dilligaf241,
I hope you do pursue it as I can't imagine why Andrew would ever change his tactics. He has been (and continues to be) amply rewarded for his dishonesty. It is clear he has no misgivings about cheating people out of their money as he continues to both engage in deception and misinformation. If he ceases defrauding people in the knife business, I predict he will only go on to grander larceny.
all da best,
rats...

Hi All. Quick update.
I tried contacting Mr Kunz again. I've been waiting 7 months so far on a knife. I gave up chasing it back in May because Andrew was clearly not going to send it. After reading his pleas here I thought I'd have another try. So I gave him the order number and asked when he would send the knife. I had a one line reply back on the 15th
'What knife are you waiting on?'
So again I supplied the order number, and copied the knife description from the original order.
Benchmade Nitrous Stryker Black G10 Handle
Plain Edged Spear Point Blade Assisted Opener @ $97.00
Order Confirmation No: E2726429DD
Invoice Number : 2726429

That was back on the 16th. No reply since. Seems the thieving weasel has gone into hiding again.
Has anyone who posted here of problems had a positive outcome since contacting this poor excuse for a human being?

There isn't one thing this guy could say that I would believe. He's a full blown sociopath, IMO, and is probably dangerous(in a very cowardly way to boot). :thumbdn:

A lot of the International orders are seized by customs, therefore the product never arrives, making me look like a thief, when in reality the people ordering the knives arent abiding by their local laws.

Wait, are you telling me that customs seized my Benchmade Pen?

Item n° 320233115495 Benchmade Pen Black Aluminum Body Blue Ink $105.00.

I paid you may 21st, I have received neither the goods nor a refund. If you want to make it right, it should be easy.

Guys, I'm getting the impression that until the police are knocking on this guy's door, you are shit out of luck.

I was actually thinking about buying a Spyderco from this guy, until I saw this thread. I've been saving my money for a while for a Caly3, and I'm really glad I didnt go through with it. I don't have much money to throw around, and getting ripped off would have really hurt my wallet.

Just received 4 letters from European Customs stating that shipping any folder with a lock back is illegal. I find that very hard to believe, if so thats amazing. But yea, ive gotten several letters from customs saying the knives were seized and destroyed, id imagine they ended up in someones pocket.

So who is still missing a knife? Im finally caught up on orders and want everyone happy.

Andrew

Andrew, lots of people have already posted in this thread that you owe them knives, or refunds. Why don't you put out the effort of looking for those posts and then contacting the people that made them. Most of them should be able to be contacted through the email contact in their profiles.

Why did you get the letters and not the person who the knife was sent to

Can you tell us what countries your talking about ?
