Every person or company that is in the hall of shame has plenty of satisfied customers. That dosent negate the long list of the people they cheated and ripped off.

Keith has said it best. I think Andrew has dug himself a deep hole in which he owes alot of people knives or money. The best thing for him do to now is to admit this.
 
Wow, I just read through this whole thread. I can't imagine how many 1000s of dollars he must be sitting on. You guys really need to get in touch with the police, this is outright fraud. Thanks for bringing this guy out in the open for the rest of us to avoid.
 
First off I want to say that I was kicked off ebay for selling autos, Not Fraud, I had over 3000 positive feedback's at 99.7%.

I actually go to HCC and im currently taking online business courses, and have a 3.7 GPA.

I am in no way trying to screw people, i did over 85 orders this week alone, and all have been shipped, except a few microtechs that are on backorder.

Like I said before, ive given my myspace, facebook, home address, PO Box, Phone Number, just about every physical way to get in touch with me. I will make the deals right, ill either give you your money back, or products your ordered.

A lot of the International orders are seized by customs, therefore the product never arrives, making me look like a thief, when in reality the people ordering the knives arent abiding by their local laws.

As many of you know, the way the knife industry goes, its very hard to keep all knives in stock and ready to ship, I currently have about 2200 knives, on stock, in hand and ready to ship, but It is nearly impossible to keep 25000 sku's in stock and with supply and demand it does take time for me to get products.

Ill be at the blade show this year, I have a booth finally, dont have the table number yet, should get that back shortly, but if you are there and feel ive screwed me, come over, let me know what you purchased and how, and ill make the deal right. Im in this business for the long run, not to get in, make money and then do something else.

I love knives, I love everything about knives, and my main goal is to provide knives, worldwide at incredibly low prices.

Im taking out an ad in blade, and Tactical Knives this coming up months, so Yes, Im legit, and if you have a problem, take it up with me.

I have thousands upon thousands of happy customers, but my true goal is 100% satisfaction with all customers, American and Worldwide.

Your responses in this thread frustrating. You continue to refuse to address the people here who are trying to communicate with you.

This is how it goes,

Buyer: "Andrew where is my knife/money/refund/package? you said you were going to ship it xxx days ago. its been xxx months. wheres my stuff?"

Your response: "My name is Andrew Kunz and I stand behind my work"

Even if a buyer comes here to the GB&U and posts a thread complaining of ones business practices, there is still a way for the seller to come out on top, with the same good reputation he had. All he had to do is address the person and his or her complaints, explain why and rectify the situation. Ive seen it happen many times here in the GB&U.

Its the sellers response to the accusations that matters.

I will never deal with you or your company.
 
Looks to me like greatknivesgreatprices had excellent feedback on ebay until recently, where negative feedback began pilling up!
 
Andrew, you continue to neglect to address the problems with your company that are being brought up in this thread. You should have a record of everybody you owe knives to. Do your job and get these issues taken care of. Many people have stated that they have contacted you more than once and they still have nothing. What are you going to do to make all this right? Why would they think that contacting you again would get them a different result?

If customs ever sieze a knife they have a legal duty to notify whoever the package was intended for. If your knives aren't reaching their destinations, it's because they were never sent. You look like a thief because you are a thief.

Yup, although this has nothing to do with Andrew.
Iv had 3 knives siezed by customs in the UK and I was sent a letter about them all. The letters actually arrived about the same time I was expecting the knives.
Customs are indeed obligated to inform the customer, the customer may also have broken the law if they were siezed so they will defo. get a letter in that case.
 
Hello all, new here and think I may be a victim of the person as well. I ordered from him a little over a week ago and it shows shipped on the website but haven't received it yet. I'm only about 5 hours from him so will give it a few more days but I have emailed him and no response yet. Will update on this Sunday or Monday. Not gonna be happy if I don't get my knife.

You could start by contacting everyone who has posted in this thread with a bad trading experience with you, and then telling us how you have addressed (fixed) each and every problem. You might even have to start a new thread, but that would be a welcome change. These people all seem to report similarly fruitless efforts to contact you, so your offers of "call me" seem a bit disingenuous, at best.

Today has received a parcel with knifes.But from 3 (three) ordered knifes in a parcel there were 2 (two) knifes!!!If at you was not during that moment of this knife why you have not informed me on it and has not returned money for it?
Can have forgotten knife Boker M-Type Black G10 Scales Satin Plain Edged Blade to put in a parcel?

i live about 5 minutes away from this asshat according to mapquest.com....


me and a couple of friends will be paying this kid a visit tomorrow and we are going to have a face-to face.....if we get our knives or money, that is great......however, that is not the primary purpose of our visit.....

You should have kept this to yourself. When you plan to meet "face to face" where things could go south, you never tell anyone and never ever imply what your intentions might be on a public website.
 
not real smart to threaten folks it makes you look like the bad guy when ya are in all probablity the good guy(not that i blame ya a bit or wouldnt do the same myself).

i had missed this thread and it makes me glad i always just go with NGK.

why doesnt he just ship the goods he owes folks if he isnt a ripoff?

i would say after looking at rhesus's links that is is more than likely because he is just that, a ripoff FWIW.

bootstrenf, you better back off what you just said. Bladeforums does not go along with illegal activity, and threats like that are way out of line -- as well as a bad idea for you yourself.
