Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

My apologies I don’t mean to get off topic but I just thought the pictures could be enjoyed by everyone .Here’s a couple from a ride yesterday at Hagg lake . The water looked like it was at a island in the tropics . Deep blue and green absolutely gorgeous!

Hello Jack and thanks for the well wishes regarding my upcoming trip. While my son Chris lived in Battle and taught school we visited the UK and Ireland to. Had such a great time . It was several years ago and my son has since moved back to the states. Looking forward to Ireland and meeting with my wife's cousins. She has a cousin in Edinburgh and we will stop by to see her. Going to be a wonderful experience but I will miss my many acquaintances on this forum until I get back.

That is a lot of walking and has to be hard on a person. Hope your visit with your guest went well.
You're welcome, Preston. I wasn't sure how you did your posting, but I just took a stab in the dark at what MIGHT be going on. Hope it makes your life a little easier. ;)
I'm sure it will Gary:thumbsup:
So I climbed into her a bit and said you had better get busy then while we help canvas the place and if nothing turns up in 10 minutes I’m calling the Police ( she is a one if the people who live off the Govt. yet can afford to drink all day and night ).

Wee kiddie was found about 5 minutes later- thank goodness for that - I just wonder about some people !
Good for you Chin, climbing into her was the lest that should have happened! Glad the child was found quickly and no problem.
Happy Sunday y'all!

Carried my Waynorth Lamb today. Cut up cherry tomatoes, red onion and cucumber for my salad today.

An Absolute beauty of a photo, Preston! Such a great color and design of a knife, and you captured it masterfully!:thumbsup:

As Christian mentioned, this coming Thursday, August 1st, is Yorkshire Day - of course you already know that my dear friends, and I'm sure you're dusting off your flat-caps, and shaking your Henderson's Relish ready to help me celebrate ;)

A wuh o'er in She'feeld las' year 'n' a 'ad a gran' dae aht suppin' wi' ahr lass. This'un a'm not shoor worra a'm gunna do wi missen, bur' 'ope a fine summat t'do, 'n' a 'ope tha duz 'n' anorl

I know most of you already have a few nice Lambsfoot knives, but I'm sure you can always find something to do with another, so I'll do a giveaway for Yorkshire Day. The prizes are either a Hartshead Barlow in stag, or this A.Wright Big 'Un in horn, the choice is the winners. The giveaway is open to anyone who has made at least one post prior to midnight tonight (Yorkshire time of course ;) ) To enter please make a Yorkshire Day post on August 1st (midnight to midnight, Yorkshire time). You can include photos, a joke, whatever you like, Lambsfoot content is essential though. I'll be grateful for all your posts, but will choose what I think are the best ones, and the names of the authors will go into my flat-cap, and be drawn on Friday August 2nd. Hope you all have a great Yorkshire Day Guardians (I just thought I'd give you a little notice) :)

I have already been on the receiving end of your generosity, so I wouldn't be entering, but I will tip my hat, and a cup for Yorkshire Day!:) Cheers, my friend!

Thanks a million (again) to CC for helping me acquire my favorite knife. Thanks to Jack for pointing me in the right direction. Taking it out for a spin today.

Dennis and Bill have taken the HHB, another photogenic knife and photographed it to show it's great lines. Well done to both.

Good Morning Guardians
Summer vacation is winding down and I just seem to get busier and busier. I guess it's trying to squeeze all the last minute things in before heading back to work. I've been Totin' a Lamb every day and switching between the Waynorth, Wright's Rosewood, and Hartshead. My Ironwood is still my beauty queen and doesn't really get any pocket time. I hope you all have a fantastic Monday.:thumbsup:
