Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Thanks Jack! :) I just brewed my first cup of the Yorkshire. It was very tasty!

Glad you enjoyed it my friend :) I've just had a coffee ;)

Yes, this one is what should be coming out of their door every day, f&f on this one just that little bit better too .

The inconsistency is really annoying Tim, because there's no reason they should be turning out second-rate stuff, but it seems to get sent out, and only replaced when customers complain. At least, living locally, you didn't have a long wait

Jack, your French press certainly is a dead-ringer for mine. The brand on mine is "VonShef."

Isn't it just Jeff? :) I just checked, and there's no mark I can see on the press itself, but it is a Grunwerg Cafe Ole press. The box claimed it was made in Sheffield, but looking online, there seem to be a lot of near identical models, so I have to say, I'm a little suspicious

I never got the hang of pressing coffee. Every time I pour my coffee on an ironing board to press it, it runs all over the sides and I can't get it back in the cup.

Great to see you back on form Ed! :D

My favorite knife posing spot is getting a little overgrown...
Overgrown?

Crikey! It's like the casualty list at Rourke's Drift.

Today I’m carrying my Waynorth Cutlery Jigged Bone Lambsfoot. :) Now on to another subject. I’m a coffee lover. I like it like my Ebony, dark and black! ;) But, we grew up here in the south where I live drinking Sweet Ice Tea. It was usually brewed using Lipton, Tetley, Luzianne or one of the other local store brands. I’ve never really acquired a taste for hot teas. Pam does drink hot tea, including some of the herbals on occasion. Thanks to Jack Jack Black Jack Black and Barrett @btb01 I think my opinions about hot tea have been influenced by the discussion of “Builders Tea”! I did some research and decided to try it. I liked it and will probably replace my afternoon coffee with Builders Tea. To make mine I used some Twinings Tea in a variety box we have on hand. I prefer a strong tea so I enjoyed the Irish Breakfast and English Breakfast more than the Earl Grey or Lady Earl. I let it steep for 5 mins in a large mug. To my surprise while I was at my local grocery store this morning during the Old Folks designated shopping time of 7 - 8 am I was able to find two different English teas to try. One in particular caught my eye and I’m sure Jack will be able to offer his opinion on the Yorkshire Tea and the Make Mine a Builders! Before I forget, I like mine with “Milk and one”! ;)

It would appear that my grinding exploits on Tuesday resulted in breaking at least one tooth and dulling the rest of the lead teeth. Time to pull them off and get them sharpened. Rosie is along to help.

Very helpful Jack. We opened and unloaded a pallet of pellets earlier, then opened a bag of said pellets to fill the stove at the shop. Gonna get these teeth torqued back down and go split some wood I suppose. I'm flying solo today, my brothers girlfriend works at the hospital here locally so we're avoiding each other for the time being.
