Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Very helpful Jack. We opened and unloaded a pallet of pellets earlier, then opened a bag of said pellets to fill the stove at the shop. Gonna get these teeth torqued back down and go split some wood I suppose. I'm flying solo today, my brothers girlfriend works at the hospital here locally so we're avoiding each other for the time being.

That's good to hear Willie, sounds like you're hard at work, as always :) Hope you're reunited with your brother soon

Glad you're happy with it now

Nice collection there John :) Dennis made me some paracord fobs too, and they are treasured possessions, as is this :)

I hereby bestow on yourself the title of 'Honourary Brit". :D:thumbsup:
And your definitely set for the apocolypse now. :)

Good evening chaps. Just got back from a week away. My first order of business was stocking up on vital supplies.

Thanks David! :) I’ll gladly wear that title! It looks like you have a good start on your supplies for that apocalypse! ;)

Sometimes it's better we stay apart! :p We run the business together and see one another quite often and get inclined to squabble... Have a good one friend! :D

I know what you mean Willie, I have a brother myself! Hopefully nothing like this! :D ;)

Not quite that bad, we had a humdinger back in school at the farm I worked on while the boss was laid up after a double knee replacement. I was a senior, he a freshman, wound up rolling around in the gutter (milking on a pipeline) and I had the choice of getting grief over beating up my little brother, or getting beat up by my little brother. I chose option A. Our mother wound up coming to the farm, making us kiss to make up and sitting in the front of the barn while we finished chores. Then we had to go apologize to the people we were working for... I had been there for years at that point, but it was a stinger anyway. Our occasional spats now don't even compare. I will say that there's nobody I'd rather work with though, because nobody really does have your back like your brother will at the end of the day. :D

I'll join John and Harvey in posting a selfie... Here I am in all of my glory enjoying a libation with my Rosie! I only have a hat on because I just butchered my hair... Usually cut it myself with scissors but ma got me a new trimmer for Christmas and I decided to use that, not a good idea...:p

I'm sorry guys if I break your screens!
I took care of that for you.:D If my ugly mug doesn’t break the screens, nothing will.

Jack Black Jack Black - Thank you Jack it’s always. a bag of laughs when we get together. While puffing away, we start by ranting about why isn’t the World listening to us, and then laugh at our foolishness.:)

We are such a handsome lot...:thumbsup:
:D

That is a cracking story Willie, my brother is 6 years younger than me, and soft as a wet biscuit, so we never had any fights! :D

We definitely got into plenty of trouble... I love that phrase Jack :D I'm going to try to use that one today. :p

Thanks, it's pretty cool to be able to put faces to names finally.:) Bunch of world class guys here.:thumbsup:

Edited to add: Nice shot there!:D:thumbsup:

Nice bit of shopping there David, so much for the shelves being bare

Bizarrely enough the alcohol aisles looked pretty well stocked.:)

Double post! Darn it, they're panic-buying the internet! o_O

Actually don't joke about it. I just have a normal internet connection via my phone line. I know when everyone is on the web cos my connection slows to nothing, so early weekday evening and Saturday and Sunday mornings are impossible. If everyone has to stay at home I'll be spending A LOT of time staring at that little blue circle going round and round and round.....

Thanks David! :) I’ll gladly wear that title! It looks like you have a good start on your supplies for that apocalypse! ;)

Oh, I've not even started. And there to add to what I bought last week :D

Great story. I fell out with both my younger brothers in my early twenties and we didn't speak to each other for over 15 years.

Nowt fool about that. If B.F replaced the U.N I reckon the world would be a better place. :D:thumbsup:

Good morning all.
I was away for a week, visiting the historic cathedral city of Winchester in the county of Hampshire. As all my other knives are still in storage it's my ironwood I'll be carrying for a few days yet I reckon.
Anyway this is it outside the west end.
