Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Being old in Michigan, I can have meals delivered for free. I still like to get out a bit though.

I really enjoy seeing all the usage on that blade. :)

It really is one heck of a user - one of my favorites.

Your WCLF is looking good, beautiful photo :)

Thank you, Jack! Fine pics of your Hartshead today.

Continuing with the indoor photos today - raining like it's going out of style outside.

Thanks Jack! ;) I’m glad someone brought up a subject that I actually knew something about! They really are beautiful knives, those Waynorth Cutlery Real Lambsfoot knives! :D

You're too modest Ron :D

Glad it eventually worked out well for him. I am sure he wished he hadn’t made that particular trip though! Sure are a lot of beautiful knives popping up on here today.

Yeah, I wouldn't have wanted to be stuck in the cellar with him! :D Jimmy was a nice guy, but he was frightened of his own shadow!

The Keurig style is tempting for single cup brewing. I usually make a whole pot at a time, and will drink it over the course of a few days, heating a cupful at a time in the microwave. For I am a lazy barbarian. :D

:D

Spent about an hour after lunch playing paper football with my son. I won. :D

Also, I made this belt sheath for another style of knife, but it works equally well with my Lambsfoot knives.:thumbsup:

I'd never heard of table football John, had to look it up :) Great work on that sheath my friend :)

Thank you Jack. Looks like you’re hanging in there.cheers!

Thank you Harvey, getting there :) Wonderful photo of your IXL :)

Thanks Dylan, sorry to hear about the rain, but it's made for a good shot of your WCLF. Looks like you've got some nice patina going on there :) I have a small crescent-shaped scar on top of my head where I was hit over the head with one of those glasses!

Morning Guardians, I hope everyone is doing alright :) I finally managed to get my hands on some decent bread (from York's Bluebird Bakery), so I had toast for breakfast :) Stay safe folks

There are a lot of YouTube tutorials on fashioning masks out of bandanas. It makes me a little nervous walking into the bank, though.

That's a great look Rachel. :D
But your right I'm wondering how this mask thing will work. Here in the UK the police generally have kittens when they see someone daring to cover their face and every winter we have stories of cyclists wearing balaclavas being harassed by the police. :rolleyes:So I'm not sure what'll happen if we all wear these masks constantly.

I'll call it "The Duke".

You'll need to grub it up a bit and put a few bullet holes through it. :)

I haven't been able to cook properly since last week, so I thought I'd treat myself to pie and mash tonight ;)

Whats not proper about pies n mash? :D

Enjoying bacon, before it’s rationed. Just a hunch. Waffle, fresh ground peanut butter, and D Donuts new “Snakin Bacon.”

Delicious. :)

Do hope you recover quickly, David! I really enjoy your journeys you take us on!

Stay safe!

Thanks Dennis, it's getting better.
But with the clowns in charge on this one I don't think you'll be seeing any journeys I make anytime soon.
I like your pen top. :)

Quality quintet, David!:cool::thumbsup: My two favorites are on the ends, with the Eye of Sauron horn and the 2-blade.

Thanks GT. I rarely carry the twin-blade. You know what, that may be my one for today actually.

After losing a large multi quote for the third time let me just say “I’m not a happy camper”! :( This place means so much to me, but the site has really been trying my patience lately. :( Everywhere else I go is fine! Let me just say “Thank You” to everyone for the kind words about my daily carry choices. I also want to add what a wonderful bunch of Lambsfoot knives are posted daily. And by the finest bunch on the Porch! :D

Kind words Ron, it's the nicest place on the web isn't it. I think we've all been having trouble with the web and on here I've lost a couple of quotes which mysteriously have disappeared.

Often there are tremendous variations just in Texas. I wonder how many Englands would fit in Texas? ;)

Have a great day, Guardians!

So I see Vince, Texas is a very large state :) I can answer that question (thanks to Google), 2.87 times! :D Have a good one yourself my friend

And about 5.3 Englands. Unfortunately the UK has about 2.5 times the population of Texas.

Glad it eventually worked out well for him. I am sure he wished he hadn’t made that particular trip though! Sure are a lot of beautiful knives popping up on here today.

Cool coins. Is that a Russian Rouble?

That's great looking work John.

Well today it's St' Georges Day here in England. Obviously not any celebrations going on but I'm sure one or three of this fine English ale will be finding it's way into a tankard at some point today.

Well Pilgrim, I need to get my Colt single action six out and give "The Duke" a good dusting.

The 2.87 figure was for England, but I'm getting much the same figure for Britain and the UK! So much for bloody Google! o_O I was amazed Texas was bigger than Yorkshire! :D ;)

Oh yeah! That's a much better beer selection than I managed to get from BeerzRUzInc  When things eventually open up again, I might have to try and get hold of some of those :) Cheers David

Good Morning Guardians
I'll be going out for a haircut today.
My wife's hairdresser is taking appointments out of her home.
Of course I'll be Totin' my usual African Rosewood Lambsfoot.:thumbsup:

I've been using the clippers! :D I saw a friend of mine across the road, whose two teenage boys have long(ish) hair. I never fail to offer to take them to the barbers or get the clippers out, just like old fellers did when I was a boy! :D They humour me

I used the clippers on my 40 year old son the other day and it turned out better than his barber does. I told him to get a new barber:D.

I hope he left you a good tip! :D

The coffee tasted better today.
Mom was right. Baking soda is magic. It will be even better after I've used a scrubber sponge instead of the dishclout. I might have to send the Farberware one straight back.

Good stuff Jer :) Dishclout is a very old word [/QUOTE]

Google and Wikipedia kinda suck. So much inaccurate information.
I think a lot of Americans are confused by "England", "UK", "Britain", "Great Britain", etc.
I think I've got it, though:
Britain = England + Wales
Great Britain = Britain + Scotland
UK = Great Britain + Northern Ireland

I had a walk down to the post-box earlier, seemed a bit busier out than yesterday, in spite of slightly cooler weather

The stone wall behind my house must be a couple of hundred years old.
Really great photo of your HHB.:thumbsup::thumbsup: The stag is picking up the browns in the stone. Everything is bright and in focus too.:)

I've threatened to use the clippers myself.
My wife told me not to, she doesn't like the clipper look.
I like the old fashioned clippers on the back and sides, scissors on top, but I can't do it myself, and I'm afraid to let my wife do it--she cut our boys' hair once when they were little and did a terrible job! Maybe I'll try the Willie Nelson look.

Here in the Land of Lincoln, Food retail is scrambling to convert to delivery or curbside pickup. I try to not leave the friendly confines.

Good Afternoon Guardians. Here’s to Earth Day!

I’ve been staying close to the home fort myself Harvey! I’ve been venturing out only once each of the last three or four weeks! No reason to tempt fate! Absolutely delicious photo! The Lambsfoot is better than delicious! ;) :D

Being old in Michigan, I can have meals delivered for free. I still like to get out a bit though.

I guess that’s one time being old does have advantages Jer! If a man has a good Lambsfoot and pintos he will be able to make it just fine! Stay safe and well buddy! :)

You're too modest Ron :D

Thanks Jack! Being modest is one thing I’m not usually accused of being! I haven’t thought of that movie in a long time. It was quite entertaining at the time. I just might have to revisit it. I was admiring that loaf in the other thread. It looks very tasty! The Hartshead just keeps improving with age! :D

Kind words Ron, it's the nicest place on the web isn't it. I think we've all been having trouble with the web and on here I've lost a couple of quotes which mysteriously have disappeared.
Thanks David, it’s definitely my favorite place in the cyber world to hang out. :D

I’m glad to see your supplies are holding out David! ;) Great perch for your Sambar Hartshead!

Great looking Rosewood Lambsfoot buddy! Wow John! This gal must have some terribly long arms if she can cut hair from 6 feet away!
