That’s interesting. I don’t think the pharmacy mineral oil I use is particularly “fine,” but I’ve never had it gum up on me.

Couldn't be one of my notions.

I use these small bottles for thin glues and oils. You can find them online, if nowhere else try the hobby shops as they are good for the small parts applications with plastic and resin kits.

Got a little light reading this afternoon

Bet it's some interesting reading, but I grew up around mines.

I have to carry my phone when I’m outside more often, or carry a camera, getting tired of taken pictures I’m my office. Subject matter isn’t all that exciting.

The stationary made me chuckle, looks like a mad scientist.
I use my phone for all my photos, which would explain why they look the way they do!

Extremely fine mineral oil, eh? I might have to try that. I've been using 3-in-One oil on my joints because I think the mineral oil gums up and I have to clear it out with machine oil anyway.

Shown here with several Lambsfoot knives I still had out on my table/workbench after a bit of recent maintenance.)

I refill it with mineral oil I bought at the pharmacy (labeled as “Intestinal Lubricant”).

Great info on the pharmacy grade mineral oil. I use to use fishing real oil, now I use this type, which seems to work good, and I can get it around the corner at Ace.
