Good day, folks. I've been doing a German Beer Advent Calendar and this is day 3 - so far, it's all been Lagers...

I thgink that's true of a lot of popular music, when you read the lyrics, very little of it is poetry :rolleyes: Almost random example (from Mark Bolan) below :D :thumbsup:

It's almost a novelty when you hear a clever lyric from a modern writer. I thought the final word of this Amy Winehouse line was actually 'takeaway', but I thought it was a good lyric anyway! :D :thumbsup:

Good to see you here Dylan :) That sounds like fun, I'm still struggling to comprehend Christmas is only weeks away - even more than usual! :eek: That is certainly a sweet Lambsfoot my friend :) :thumbsup:

Good morning Guardians, here we are approaching another week! Hope everyone has had a good one, and that you're looking forward to the weekend. Cold here, and they're forecasting snow. I'm going to get a shave, and head out to buy some bread. Have a good Friday Guardians :thumbsup:

It snowed here this morning, but the snow was only just starting to settle when it started to rain o_O It didn't look too heavy at first, but seemed to pick up after I went out, and persisted during the entire time I was out o_O I was thankful for a good waterproof coat :rolleyes:

Thought I'd have a couple of doughnuts with my afternoon cuppa ;) :thumbsup:

Some fine looking donuts with a fine knife.

It’s still breakfast time this side of the pond so I’m settling for some gourmet gas station grits with eggs and sausage, all conveniently crammed together in a styrofoam cup :rolleyes:

Thanks a lot Bill :) It's bouncing down here, and I'm glad that I don't have to go anywhere until tomorrow. The forecast is good for tomorrow, but I expect it'll be wet underfoot when I go out for my hike tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it though. Enjoy breaking down those boxes my friend :) Your Hartshead Barlow is looking swell :thumbsup:
