It sounds like you've been busy BillGetting a late start on my post today as I had many jobs to complete starting with washing and cleaning up my Mercedes E350 this morning. Then carving up some cardboard to be taken to the recycle facility and then some gardening. Got my HHB out and touched it up a bit on the ceramic stone before attacking the cardboard.
We are still getting weather in the 80's so there's a lot of stuff growing like gang busters.
Looks like Mr Jackolantern is getting along just fine with Mr HHB.

Glad you got a good harvest Jer, I'm sure there was a lot of work involved. Good to be well fed in these hard timesSeason's over and we have more food than we can give away. We all have to do our bit.

Looking good there
Thanks for keeping us all informed Leon, it's a conundrum for sureJust reporting in, experiment been going for 3 days now and no significant removal of dye. Going to leave it for 7 days and see what happens, though i expect very little. then will start again, after sanding the covers. Hope you have had a good day everyone, especially Vince.![]()
I had a response typed up from your thr other day but apparently never posted it. Anyway the poor scuffed up lambsfoot us still in my pocket. It's a trooper that little knife.I'm extremely sorry Jon, with the slight assistance of the auto-suggest feature, I managed to confuse you withTheJon , who recently had an unfortunate incident with his Lambsfoot (see below)
Please excuse my mistake, I'll correct my previous post

That looks like a very tasty beverageFall means getting to enjoy my favorite style of beer. This limited run Oktoberfest I picked up while on vacation recently did not disappoint, only wish I'd have grabbed more, I'm down to my last one!

I think we've all forgotten to hit the 'post' button at least once JonI had a response typed up from your thr other day but apparently never posted it. Anyway the poor scuffed up lambsfoot us still in my pocket. It's a trooper that little knife.
On a side note, we have some of you Brits out here for a training exercise. Members of the 1st ISR Brigade if I'm not mistaken. I have a hard enough time recognizing US patches let alone foreign military.
I'll see if I can swap patches with one of them and get a picture.
LOL!Focus over framing.
I found this creature, double plastic-wrapped, on my kitchen counter. It was made for General Mills, so I guess it must have fallen out of my Cheerios.

What kind of sick freak decided that a mummy chicken was a suitable mascot to put before us tender infinks, I daren't speculate.
Would want you losing your Hartshead Barlow Bill!Going to chase the little white ball around the links this morning.I usually take a pocket knife with me when I golf but I've lost a number of knives while at the course. Don't know why but they just get legs and walk off
so I'm leaving my Lambsfoot knives at home just to be safe.
