Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

My 2018 Ebony Guardians SFO when new

Yeah. What were they thinking?
I think it was probably a bit too much effort for them to stamp out. While they used a Sheepsfoot blade on a few of their shell-handled knives, and a few with Clips, most of their knives had Spearpoint blades, and most of those were the SAME Spearpoint blade! :D

Good morning Guardians. Well, it had to happen sooner or later. The weather here in coastal NC took a turn. Blustery and windy today. At least by Carolina standards. presently 41 degrees F going up to 65...LOL. More than likely you fellas across the pond think that this weather is more like a nice spring day. Anyhow, I'll be toting' my HHB today. Making a trip to the recycle facility to dispose of cardboard and plastic. My LF knife has been busy carving up the stuff.

The more often I say, "What were they thinking", the more I have to wonder if it's they who have the problem.

Of course it is.
It could be that the patterns came from ELOSI, who wouldn't have known what a Lambsfoot was  Nice Black Friday choice my friend :)

It's been a lovely morning here Bill, but I don't think the temperature has been higher than 56 :D

I've made my weekly trip to my neighbour's compost bin, and put out my cardboard for recycling tomorrow. I might even get to the bottle-bank after lunch :D That's a nice pic of your Hartshead Barlow my friend :)

In New York State, at least my ancestral region thereof, bottle banks are called redemption centers. Open on Sundays only.

And sorry to keep going on about Leela, but I never knew there was a Sylvester McCoy doctor. Explains why I don't remember Leela in frizzy hair and a fringed horse blanket. She must have been a cameo.

That's a good name Jer :) I'd be tempted to deposit myself! :D When I was a kid, we'd raise pocket-money by returning bottles, it was a good system, and encouraged folks to recycle them

I thought you might! :D ;) I don't recall Sylvester McCoy lasting long, he was a bit irritating in the role. JohnDF JohnDF would know much better than me though. Yes, I was surprised by that photo, as Leela left in the Tom Baker days 😭

One of the best SFOs ever, as far as I'm concerned. Hope you had fun at Cake and Coffee.
Thanks John, we ended up having coffee and croissants :) It's always nice catching up with my pal. His fight last week went well

Good Morning Guardians, hope it's a Fun Friday.
Great photo my friend  That patina is looking really good :)

I thought you might like this pic I took in the market yesterday! :D

He was the Doctor for a couple of years. Definitely not the most popular, he was a little off-putting. But I enjoyed it myself.
I had to do some digging but it seems Leela came back in 1993 for a couple of crossover episodes with the Doctor and EastEnders, a charity event.
