I could have pancakes anytime I wanted, of course, but I rarely do, and so I'll be making up for it, before a month of abstinence, (going on the waggon), or at least until my birthday at the end of the month - need to get some of those beer and cake pounds off!

A lot less exciting than Mardi Gras I know, but it's a day I always look forward to, and celebrate
Just looking through my old pics, I carried the same knife in 2020, and 2021, but last year, I had to have my pancakes at home. I'll be carrying my Hartshead Barlow again tomorrow, but I'm going to go out for pancakes
It's shrove Tuesday tomorrow here, too. Also St David's Day. I have the flag all ready to go out, and I have a new Welsh T shirt ready to go. And, thanks to your reminder, I'll make some pancakes from my new classy dame cookbook.Tomorrow is Pancake Day here!

I can flip them, but I don't think I've ever flipped one that high (tends to get fat all over the kitchen)! Thank you my friend, I love pancakes so much, I don't know why I don't just eat them everyday!
