It makes for a great photo Dave

I remember Wilson very well from being a kid, in fact I watched him (unexpectedly) resign, live on TV. His later Baronry aside, he was a much more down to earth politician than the ones we have today. Holidays, for example, were an annual trip to the
Scilly Islands, just off the British coast, where he liked to go walking and birdwatching, with his wife Mary. Now our prime ministers want to stay in the castle of a Russian Oligarch, or on a private island, of equally dubious ownership, every other week
Fantastic John, that'll be an adventure

Do many folks travel long-distance on the trains anymore? I've travelled all over Europe on them, but a day and a half is probably about the longest I think. One of the old fellers who visits the tool stall was a train driver on steam trains. He's a very down-to-earth guy. Years later, his best friend died, and willed him his house. Brian and his missus had their own house, so they sold it. They were in their 70's at the time, with no kids, so they decided to go right across Russia on the Trans-Orient Express!

I was looking at
this yesterday, but think I might be getting a bit long in the tooth

Wish I'd thought of it a few years ago
Glad you're enjoying the pattern Sceva

Because I subsidised them, the Hartshead Barlows were cheaper than the Senators sell at, I think

A shame we don't see more of them
Thanks Harvey!
Thank you my friend, that's on the
Keighley & Worth Valley Railway not far from me. It often appears in movies. On Saturdays, they serve some nice local ales straight from the cask too
Well done Jeremy

Congratulations Harvey, that looks superb, as does your Lambsfoot
That's a looker Steve
