Beautiful photo of your HHB Jack and a fine one for the pocket for sure.

Good Monday morning Guardians. Heading out for some cardiac rehab which I am finding to be a little lacking. We shall see how this week goes and I am looking for a more challenging workout. Feeling very good and losing weight (I needed to ). Will have my HHB with me today.IMG_3822.JPG

It turned out to be quite a nice day here :) I walked down to Charlie's Cafe, bumping into an old friend on the way :)

I had to go into town for a brief business meeting, and to pick up a few things. I didn't have the appetite for Pieminister, but I should have lunch there soon ;)

I fancied some Vietnamese pho from the market, but they had gone on holiday for a couple of weeks, so I got a falafel sandwich from the Turkish bakery close by :)
