Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

One of my all time favorite movies 🤩
It might be 30 years since I last saw it Mike, possibly even more, and I really enjoyed watching it, and was impressed by what a great movie it really was. I still have a bunch of 'extras' to watch :)

Rosewood lamb with evidence of where I’d rather be.

Spaulty is displaying it's colors well today Dwight.
Thank you Bob.
One of my favorite lambs there Dwight. Very cool!!!
Thanks Paul.

Thanks Steve.
A new 7 drawer cabinet from my wife( and she has no interest in knives )
Very nice Bob! 👍
LOL! :D I have eaten 2 doughnuts, 2 slices of pizza, a samosa, and 2 slices of cake by way of penance fellers! :D Tool Man started off with a Spam, sausage, fried egg, and mushroom sandwich!
🤣 Watching tool man eat is not unlike watching the movie Jaws.
Stunning photo Dwight
Thanks Jack.
I called in at a local shop, on my way home, to pick up an onion bhaji, and some tasty samosas
Looks very tasty.
I shall sleep tonight Paul! :D We were also joined, at various times today, by Aggo, Harry Hot Balls, Stanley Baker, Knobber Al, The Perfume Fatties, Chip-shop Carlton, Fireman Sam, 2 different Wolfies, and also by Mrs Tool Man
I'm anxious to hear your answer to Rachel! 😁

Tool Man sure pursues a sandwich with enthusiasm! 😁
Here we go fellers, bit of a mismatch unfortunately (though, at 45, I reckon Wolfie is giving away about 20 years! :D)

Thanks for the video. Enjoyed it.
Looking good buddy :)
Thank Jack!

Jack Black Jack Black Just been to a local market i go to, the suburb is home to the biggest Greek Community outside of Athens, and being prudent shoppers, 🥰 🥰 🥰 , the produce is good. After all the Covid lockdowns a new fishmonger replaced the one that lockdowns finished off. I was looking at their range about 6 months ago and an old Greek lady sidled up next to me and asked what i was looking at. She said this new shop was the best at the market by far, that advice will always do me. Been buying most of my fish there ever since. This morning the owner was putting some fish into the display window out of a box, straight from the Wholesaler he told me, and it just looked fresh. Had some as soon as i got home, could not wait, absolutely delicious, just done in a tiny amount of Macadamia Oil and some Butter, no frills or mucking around with batter and such. Who needs meat. 😁😁😁😁

Now I have to ask: What nickname does that crowd have for you?
LOL! :D Well, most of those folks only call in for ten minutes or so at a time, so they don't get a chance to collude ;) :D It's primarily Tool Man who comes up with the nicknames, but some of the guys have had nicknames for decades. When I first started going to the market looking for pointy treasure, before they knew my name, the stall holders used to refer to me as 'The Knife Man'! :D In an early conversation with Tool Man, I mentioned my nickname from school, Barn, and he calls me that, at least as often as he calls me Jack. I've not heard anyone else use it though. Some of the nicknames are pretty mundane, such as Otley Mick, who we also saw yesterday, and is originally from a place called Otley. My mate Wolfie gets the name from his surname, but the other Wolfie is a real character, who frequently howls! :D Harry Hot Balls is about 80, and always used to turn up with a small bag of spicy sausage-meat balls he'd brought from a food vendor in the market, saying, in one of the thickest Yorkshire accents, "Duz anybody want hot ball?"! :D Some other characters are Golden Gordon, Sheep's Head Dave, Barry The Ted, Old Billy, Billy Two Quiffs, Big Dave, The Odd Couple, Melbourne, and The Gangster's Moll, but some of them we don't see that often. Here's Tool Man testing out a cast iron pan he bought on Sheep's Head Dave :D

I can hear the theme tune as his gaping jaws relentlessly move towards that Spam and sausage sandwich! :D
Thanks Jack.

It's funny to think that in all the time I've known him, I've never actually seen him sit down to a full meal! :D That might be a good thing! 🤣

No 2nd page for us lol.
Well done Paul 🎖️

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone has made it through the week, and that you're looking forward to the weekend. I was just reading a newspaper online, and came across a short interview with actor and musician Henry Rollins, who I didn't know had lived in Leeds at one time, where he says he had the best onion bhajis he's ever tasted! :D I'm off to the dentist this afternoon, so hoping they'll actually do something today! The weather looks lovely, but I think I'm just going to potter around the house, and do a few things, before its time to walk down to the dentist, about a mile away. Hope everyone has a good day

Your lamb has aged well Jack.👍
At least you don't have to visit the barber, as our ancestors did, to resolve your tooth issues. I hope you get some relief today.

Thanks Jack, I hope it won’t be too long. Thanks for sharing the background on some of the nicknames as well.
