;) :D
Thanks for the laugh on this rainy day here.

Afternoon Guardians! Cloudy and cool here today. Which is still much better than winter. Captian is out and about today so I got to be ship shape or walk the plank. 🤣 View attachment 2128555
Great to see the Captain out and about for Friday night David

Thanks Jack, It feels good in hand. It's a little harder to open due to the blade riding lower. It's not pinchable like my other lambs but that's okay.

Overall I like it
It's a very different knife isn't it Steve?

I had planned to go to Tennessee tomorrow, but thunderstorms are predicted for the whole way from here to there, and being retired, I don't have to go anywhere, so I decided to wait until Saturday, or maybe Sunday. I'm not too sure about this getting old stuff, but I sure like being retired :D

Dreary and gray today as a precursor to the predicted thunderstorms. The temp has dropped several degrees since I got up a few hours ago.

Deer camping on rooftops... hmm.... o_O:p

Same with Cassie . Here is her latest Antler which I really thought would make some great covers.

That's a nice looking one, and looks to be well-loved.

I shall sleep tonight Paul! :D We were also joined, at various times today, by Aggo, Harry Hot Balls, Stanley Baker, Knobber Al, The Perfume Fatties, Chip-shop Carlton, Fireman Sam, 2 different Wolfies, and also by Mrs Tool Man :D

LOL! Thanks Bob, cheaper too ;) I hope you find something good my friend :)

It's been a good one Steve :)

Looking good Jer :)

I think a few folks on The Porch, over the years, have used them for just that :D

The pay isn't great, but the vacations are good! :D That sounds like a wise choice buddy, stay safe, and have a great time in Tennessee :) Handsome Lamb

Wow! :D

Too right mate! :D

Very nice Tyson :) Nice to see some patina forming on your Hartshead Barlow too my friend :)
I do recall at least Amir Fleschwund Amir Fleschwund using a dog-chew antler for a re-cover.

What's the story on that mini barn?
My parents bought it from a guy who made model barns out of boards from barns, at a yearly art fair, I think. He had more expensive ones with real timber framing. He threw in the outhouse for free because Mom and Dad appreciated his work so. I noticed today that the tiny Sears catalogue has fallen out of the outhouse.
It's one of those acquisitions that make more sense in a bigger house.

Well I have had a great day. Got to meet up at the Badger Knife Show with a few Guardians and just had a blast talking knives and life. Of course I am horrible with pictures and only taken this picture 5 minutes ago when I got to my room. Missed a lot of great opportunities for some nice pictures.
Thanks for the smokes bigfish64 bigfish64 !!!!!! Had a great cigar and scotch with Todd just now. Of course I had to have this beauty with me all day. I hope you all had a great day.
