That sounds a lot nicer than the shark I've had Leon, which I think has been mainly Dogfish. I find it rather bland, and even after extensive marinating, I don't think it makes for great eating. So Tuesday I played golf (still a little out of sorts from the dentist visit). Should have taken the day off. Much better today and I'll be trimming down a bunch of golf tees (courtesy of my dentist) for par 3's.
