Yes,I have been infectedBob you been hanging out with Mr P?![]()
Thanks BobI hope you are in the relax mode now Jack.
Great to see you here Dan, cool pic
I think, in some ways, their relationship hasn't changed a lot since Tool Man was in his late teens! Thanks pal.
There pride and joy no doubt.
As I said above Dwight, despite his bravado, I'm beginning to think Tool Man might actually be trying to eat a little healthier, and he does seem to have lost a few pounds. He would absolutely deny it of course! You mean several lunches...![]()
In lots of ways, it's now like living in a Third World country here Dwight, kids going hungry, beggars on the streets, people dying waiting for an ambulance, folks pulling their own teeth out because they can't get to see a dentist, people stealing diapers and baby formula, massive government corruption, teachers buying paper and stationery out of their wages, declining public transport, etc, etc, etc It's not a country to grow old inI am truly amazed at the disfunction you regularly have to deal with in the UK. Remarkably sad.
Stunning photo Dwight
Handsome Ken!

Do you want a wake up call in the am Paul.Unfortunately to take a week to move my family I had to work 10 in a row. 10 12 hour shifts in a row is going to be hard as I am only on day 5![]()

Big stripey is looking good...memories of all the snow some people had to shovel.First time in Jersey, I did not touch a snow shovel.
Thanks Steve, frustrating afternoonBig Stripy is looking good my friend
Wow, I've never even thought about stockpiling snow! Here, on the occasions snow-ploughs are used, they just push it to the sides of the road, because snow never last for long

Is that a food delivery truck for the chorizo restaurant in your area, Pete?Chorizo is the warmer of the morning soul. And it provides that balance to keep the system “regular” View attachment 2208975
Rosewood HHB and lunch look good!Tool Man had already had his lunch before he arrived, so after he'd gone I still hadn't eaten. The local shop had run out of samosas, so I decided to go to the Tunisian stall in Leeds market. I ended up talking to a couple of fellers in Arabic, after inviting them to share my table..

Next, I had to go to the post office to ship a parcel, which until recently was a very straightforward affair. Now, you're no longer allowed to do it yourself, but have to go to the counter. Even though the pleasant lady who processed my parcel knew what she was doing, and I had already filled out the customs form, it took 30 minutes, and she asked a lot of awkward questions. She also said that Customs have been returning a lot of overseas parcels if they're not happy with the content description, which you have to fit into a space about 1" by 1/2"
I went to pick up my prescription at 2.45pm, but they had decided to close for lunch, between 2 and 3pm!They didn't open until 3.10pm, and then told me that they hadn't packed my prescription yet, and it'd be another 15 minutes. It was actually 40 minutes, and they only had about a third of the items on my prescription. I'm going to have to find a better pharmacy
Now, I still have a bunch of stuff I need to do, which is going to take me well into mid evening because of all the wasted time in town![]()
Cool pic!
