Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

I keep thinking of that McCartney song: Teddy Boy.
I once saw a documentary about Tom Jones, where he recounted asking his mother to sew some velvet onto the collar of his suit. While he was out that night, his mother saw him kissing a girl. When he got in, his mother removed the velvet from his collar, telling him, "I'm not having you turn into a bloody Teddy Boy!" :D

Cool pic Jer :) I have seen those wee Coleman lamps on sale over here too :)
Thanks. I don't remember how many of what batteries it took, unfortunately.
I used to keep the keys to the camp we used to rent on it.

Looking good David 😎👍
Thanks buddy! 🤠
Thanks David :)

Yeah, I had a couple of strong coffees, and some cake, but I'm pretty whacked now (3.30pm)! Thank you Jeremy :)

Thanks a lot Steve, I had some potato bhajis for lunch :)

Many thanks Daniel, I have some Polish friends who brew a great cup down at the market :)

Thanks Bob, it's gone smoothly, and the weather has been very pleasant :)

Yikes, that's pretty melty Jeff! I hope you can find some shade my friend :)

I hope everyone is having a great day :) Boy, I'm worn out! :D I had a good day with Tool Man, and the market regulars though :) Someone brought me down a local newspaper, with a recent piece about Stan Shaw, along with an obituary of an old grinder called Brian Alcock, who I met a few times, and whose photo has appeared here once or twice. We were joined by Barry The Ted, and Old Billy, seen below with Tool Man, and by Harry Hotballs, John The Wig, and Special Needs Scott

Tool Man was on good form, and enjoyed having some of his favourite cake :) He was concerned to hear that Paul Jakeywax31 Jakeywax31 hasn't been around for a couple of days though :(

I was tempted by this very old vice, with stiddy, but managed to restrain myself from buying it, noting the postage to send it across the Atlantic would probably ruin me! :D I did purchase a few other bits and pices though

Good coffee and times with the market crew. A good day. Sure like that vise! I once shipped a double bit axe to a friend in England off another forum a number of years ago. The shipping was outrageous. The shipping on that vise would be staggering.🤠

Good afternoon Guardians !

Another smoky day here from the Canadian fires, not as bad as yesterday. Yesterday was terrible, visibility was down to just over a mile and air quality in the hazardous zone. Today it's just in the unhealthy zone

Baxter Lamb today

Everything is going great with me and the family. Loaded up the pod today and it should be on the way to Wisconsin tomorrow. Relaxing at grandma's house watching Mickey Mouse with the young one 🙄. I despise this show 😆 🤣 😂.

We are heading north on Sunday. Until then, I am going to stuff my face with as much mexican food as I can. Got Calamity in the pocket today 😃

Hey Jack, tell Tool Man that everything is good over here!!!!!
