  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

I have a long day tomorrow, starting with a physio appointment in the morning, and then heading down to the market to see my pals down there. I probably won't get back home until mid to late evening, but I will be accompanied by my AC again :thumbsup:

I don't know Dave, everything is relative ya know. I envy you living in a place that has REAL weather. REAL seasons. But I do understand how it probably gets to be a burden dealing with the severity of the cold and snow. All I'm saying is, you live in a breath-taking part of the world (and I've seen a bunch of it). :cool:

If you think Arkansas lacks seasons, move to Arizona. Unless you’re up in the mountains, there are just two seasons: Summer (which is actually winter) and Super-Summer™. :D

yes, your right Dwight, no getting away about the beauty that surrounds this area. I'm thinking the wife and I are a little more down this week or so, as our much-loved pup of 15 years may have to be put down.

Sorry to hear about your dog. That’s never easy. :(

Just celebrating the birth of my pal's baby boy with this very special 80's vintage Trappist beer :) :thumbsup:

Congrats to your friend, Jack! :thumbsup:

:D If I could pick my spot I'd live somewhere between Cortez and Delores Colorado.

Thank you btb01 she's still with us today, waiting to hear what the Vet says.

Been a bit of a spell since I've posted here. Things are going at a pace that I can barely manage to keep up with.

Taking a moment to slow down a bit and enjoy some finer things. The AC has been a pretty constant companion.

Another fantastic photo Dylan :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Thank you, Dave. Looks like you are getting buried up there! :eek:
We sure did folks were stranded on the highway for up to 16hrs. It was a real dump in a few short hours the snowplows couldn't keep up.
In Calgary, they had to bring in plows from as far away as Edmonton to help out.

Yikes! I will have to see how my sister is faring, she lives in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Not necessarily close to you but still far more north than I am!

I think she's ok this round, as you know when a snowstorm comes off Lake Superior it can pack a wallop. I used to live on the Lake of the Woods near International Falls Minnesota it can get nasty.
