Love that pic Bill!Good morning Guardians. Rain all day today. Was hoping to get the lawn mowed but it's not going to happen. Hope everyone has a good day today and a good weekend.

Tea AND coffee?Hmmm...supposed to be a fine day here. Opened the curtains to find more rain! So I'm going to have another cup of tea, read my book for a while, and then set off in search of coffee and breakfast

I love the original Bela Lugosi film, and when I was a child I fancied the Christopher Lee versions too. Lugosi has aged better, I think. But I just couldn't get very far into the book. Tried a couple of times.Unbelievable isn't it Jer? You'd think if you're a Dracula fan, you might read the book at some point!
I used to think I understood academic pricing. I'd sure be weeping and gnashing my teeth if it had gone up before I bought it.That's pricey Jer, especially the Kindle versionGood-looking photo of Rose Beast

Sometimes I drop one small ice cube in it. And it was 103 degrees. I guess that’s a “cold front “ for you south Texans. Is the malt chilled, Dwight? If so, is it better that way?
It's 102 degrees where I am now, and that's hot for me too! But it always gets this hot here in summer. Gonna have some cold beer when I get home!Sometimes I drop one small ice cube in it. And it was 103 degrees. I guess that’s a “cold front “ for you south Texans.![]()
