Yeah for me it's lower salt & reduced fat options. There are a lot of deceptive health foods, like low carb breads, often higher in salt than their own regular breads. I guess the marketers think people only look at the sugars.

From what I've heard of your dentist the tongue depressor is not the only thing that's 19th century.

Think I'm going to pocket my AC tomorrow I gave the 19th century tongue depressor, in the photo, to my dentist, as a leaving present

Not sure what the weather forecast is, but think I'm going to have a day out with my mate Matt, and his family. I haven't seen them for a while, as I went down with Covid, and then he did a couple of weeks later. Looking forward to catching up

Just a regular work day for me. It did however stop raining. Cooler but still bearable....yes I'm a wimp. Got some sharpening stuff waiting in the mailbox ,so I have that to look forward to. Have the Hulk lamb today. Hope everyone is doing well.
