Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Well Guardians, down in Miami, FLA it's hot, humid, overcast, and we're expecting 30 mph winds tomorrow - just a little smooch from πŸŒ€ Helene as she blows by. Sounds like we'll be only minimally impacted, but folks further north might be in for it. πŸ™ Hope not.

Thanks for saying so, Jack. Was and is!

I don't usually name knives - only the legendary ones, because everybody knows that a legendary blade needs a name. Excalibur, Narsil (or Anduril - take your pick), Glamdring, Cura Si Manjakini, Orcrist, Leggbitr - the list goes on...

I've named this one "Endurance" for her indomitable action and obvious will to survive.

Here are a couple of photos of Cracker Jack in November of 2018, about 3 months after he first came to my house. The pics show Cracker Jack in the leaf bin. I haven't had to pick up any leaves yet this fall, but it won't be long! (And on my walks lately, I've walked through a LOT of downed leaves for late September, mostly sycamores and maples that I've noticed.)

Thanks Bob, he often is! :D :)

Thanks buddy, here's Pineapple Jeff and his missus last year

Thank you David :)

Happy Double Lambsfoot Day Ken :)

Sweet Saynor David :) I bought 3 Saynor Lambs like this some years ago, and gave Charlie and Duncan one, but I suspect they had been finished relatively recently

Thank you Jeremy, I think I only met him 3 times, but Tool Man had known him a long time. He was a very well-liked bloke apparently

Stunning Steve! :)

Thanks Jack !

Beautiful wood covers πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ€

Thank you Leon, it is quiet πŸ™„ I'm just on my way home from Leeds market πŸ‘

There were apocalyptic warnings of heavy rain here, and of colder weather too. It was supposed to rain heavily all day, which inevitably put off some of the market traders, and potential customers. In fact, it didn't rain at all this morning, and the weather was quite mild, but by then the damage was done, and the market was more than half- empty. Tool Man was there of course, and Boring Ray, but Nobber Al had knocked, along with many others. We had fewer visitors too, with only Captain Birdseye, Two Masks Mary, and Harry Hotballs (pictured) passing by, along with Slimsline Scott, and Glamorous Caroline, just before lunchtime. I was surprised to see Maurizio had turned up, and he had acquired an air force :D I'm going out for tea, so I excused myself early, in the hope of getting a nap, and the rain started, lightly, as I was on my way home

I really like that classic style lamb Jack. Sounds like a good idea to escape and avoid a soaking.
So, Tool Man sells auto parts too.

I've gone through several of those clutch plates with my mustang racing.

Thanks Bob, Tool Man doesn't sell many auto parts, but sometimes he picks them up with the garage clearances he does. I used to change clutches a lot, as an apprentice, but on tatty old vans and lorries, rather than Mustangs πŸ˜πŸ‘

Handsome HHB

Fantastic wood on your HB mate.
Thanks Leon. :)
