Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

I'm excited, but you need to rest and feel better first! Eat your soup and relax :)

By coincidence, I've just had a cup of miso soup John (need to sort my gut out) :) I've got them packaged, but it'll be Monday before I can get into town to the post office I'm afraid

No rush Jack.
I had to look up Miso Soup, it must be an acquired taste ;)

Just catching up. Sorry to hear about your illness Jack! Let’s hope it clears soon and fills the quota for 2019!

A recent discovery John, tastes a lot better than it sounds! :D There are different types, I just had white miso. It's a natural probiotic, and with the two bouts of norovirus I've had recently, I'd like to restore my gut health. I might have hotdogs and sauerkraut at the weekend ;) :D

Thanks Joshua, sure think I've had my share! Definitely on the mend now :)

Great story Dwight :D  Before I was ill, I visited the city of York, where one of the museums has some Victorian amusement machines on display (No, not THAT kind!). They run on clockwork mechanisms, you put a coin in, and they start up and go through a short sequence, with sounds as well as motion. I thought you might like to see this one
Very thoughtful of you to share that Jack. Isn't it amazing the innovation they had even back then. How I would love to visit such a museum. Thank you my friend.
You had better take it easy and not push it although I'm sure you have a million things pressing. One more day of rest!fullsizeoutput_d6d.jpeg

Good to have you back, Jack! Stay well, my friend. I'm going to send RALF to work for the first time today . . . hope he's up to it! So far he's been spoiled with light duty around the house and about, but no serious work. I'm sure he'll get along just fine. ;)

My pleasure Dwight :) I once had a look inside one of those machines in a different museum, and machinery is quite fascinating, they work a bit like a very complex musical box. I think I am almost going to be glad to get back to work my friend :) Smashing pic of your AC

Thanks Jeff, I think you'll enjoy putting RALF to work, that's when a Lambsfoot really shines :)

Maybe yogurt would help.

My wife likes kimchi but I'm afraid to try it! Stinks!
I know eh my Son and his wife up North have a big crock fermenting in the back porch. Plus everything in the fridge is homemade like ketchup and weird looking jars of stuff. When we go up there to visit I say hey let's go out my treat! I want good old Heinz ketchup, Skippy peanut butter, and Spam! :p
