Elbow injuries, they do take time. You can't rush recovery or you just make it worse.A little Tear in the tendon near the elbow, will take time to heal.
Aww, poor Scout. I'm glad she's feeling better though mateThanks guys! She’s definitely feeling better today. She still had to stay home from pre-school, which was a bummer because they were doing Halloween stuff today. She is going to put on her costume for a bit and at least trick-or-treat at a few of our closest neighbors, but she’ll probably sit out on the whole trek around the neighborhood that Eleanor wants to do.![]()
Sorry about the ill-timed change in weather BarrettThanks, Jack. I’m sure they’ll have fun, although the weather could certainly be better. It was in the 70s here a couple days ago — unseasonably warm for Minnesota in late October — but last night the temperature dropped and it started raining, which then turned into wet, slushy snow this morning, and it’ll be in the 30s for trick-or-treating. Hooray.
I might have to bring a flask of something to keep me warm.![]()
Beautiful bone
They are having a great time.
Happy to report that they are still out there. I had to dip out to go to work but they are filling the sugar bank nicely.
Fine photo of Roper JeffLounging on BFC with Roper in pocket . . .

Hope you had a good one Pete
I've enjoyed your Halloween pics GaryLast "seasonal" lambsfoot photos for me, at least for the Halloween "season".
I'm no expert on human anatomy, including the skeletal system. So as I walk around the neighborhoods, I've not been able to discern whether a given human skeleton is male or female, or what race it is, or how old it is. How am I going to tell if neighbors are in compliance with DEI regulations?? So I welcome the skeletons of species other than human that some people include in their public displays. At least I can see inter-species diversity on the part of those folks!
Cracker Jack and Union Jack wanted to show their support for the inclusion of other species in skeletal displays.

Sorry to hear about Kristy, Mitch, tennis elbow? A solid Lamb, and some tasty-looking grub!Oak again,
Earlier in the week Kristy had cortisone injection in the arm, so took a couple of days to rest. Yesterday wanted to go shopping for a new blanket for the bedroom, nearly as exciting as dress shopping.
Anyway got lunch at a Cafe we hadn't tried before. I got the special bacon & egg roll for $12, Kristy has southern style chicken burger, was pretty good.

Sorry about your beans JackWork is still crazy, these beans are covered in grubs
In positive news I love these covers more and more. Jigged natural bone, little notches and sporadic long gauges. With staining/verdigris they are almost on par with ebony.

Ouch! At least they've identified the problem mate, hope it heals wellA little Tear in the tendon near the elbow, will take time to heal.
I've suffered with mine 15 years now, even lifting a cup of tea is painful. Doctors here are a jokeElbow injuries, they do take time. You can't rush recovery or you just make it worse.
Looks like a nice day Mitch
Thanks JackAww, poor Scout. I'm glad she's feeling better though mate![]()

New girl in Charlie's cafe was trying to give me change for £20, when I only gave her £5. I had to argue with her!Where does Hisham find them?

Regal lamb today.
Tasty looking dog Jack. Those are a cool idea Bob, and they make a great background for your handsome LambThis time last year, the post office added a bar code to stamps, so all the others are invalid. You can send the old ones off in the mail, to get them replaced, but predictably people don't get round to it
Got a hotdog in the market
