Its sure been easy walking around here this winter, hardly any snow to speak of plus some of the day time temperatures are reaching +10cThanks Dave, that one is from my hike last week. Here, they've been forecasting a big dump of snow and freezing temperatures for weeks, we've had a little snow, and a couple of very cold days, but the forecasters have got it wrong (again) so far 
I always wonder why, with all the satellite technology and what have you these days, the British Met office are no better at predicting our weather than they were decades ago - when I think they had a pinecone and a ginger biscuit nailed to the wall, and an old guy with bad bunions!
