Good afternoon Guardians !

It was a lovely morning here, cool but sunny. I got my pneumonia vaccine yesterday and boy my arm sure hurt last night and I'm a bit achy all over today. Not terrible but just enough to be uncomfortable. Glad to get it done though.

It was a lovely morning here, cool but sunny. I got my pneumonia vaccine yesterday and boy my arm sure hurt last night and I'm a bit achy all over today. Not terrible but just enough to be uncomfortable. Glad to get it done though.

I knew I was going to have to work tomorrow, but my plans have gone awry unfortunately. I was supposed to go over to Bradford early tomorrow, to take notes in a brief court case, then return to Leeds, type the notes up for the lawyer, do another short job, and then I was hoping to get a nap before going out for food and a couple of pints, with Matt and his family, and then we'd go into town to attend an event. Unfortunately, the court case has been pushed to lunchtime, but could get delayed further. I'm just hoping I have time to get back home, and get my work done in time for the event in the evening. It's going to be a lot of rushing about though At least I'll have this old TEW with me Have a good Friday Guardians

Oh no! I have already sent Charlie his Xmas card! I was sending him a package a few months back, and noticed I still had his card from last year, which I couldn't send at the time due to a Canadian postal strike, so in it went!

My autoimmune inner ear disease is worse, so it's time to go full tilt anti-inflammatory. First step, cold turkey the sugar.
I put cinnamon and stevia in my oatmeal this morning instead of brown sugar and molasses. Not so bad.
