They seem to be Steve, made by Taylor Cutlery.
One fact I found the first flight was 1981 and these are stamped 1980.

Taylor brand started in Tennessee 1975, but made in Japan. 30 years later they were being produced in China. Now they are part of Smith & Wesson. ( if facts are accurate).

I put another coat of epoxy finish on old Toffee Wings. Still there are a couple of funnel-like depressions where the horn tried to suck more finish than was there.

Good luck Bob :D I used to have a curry-obsessed friend from Sheffield who holidayed regularly in the USA, (usually Vegas or New York), and after a few days would be pining for some Indian food :D He stayed in big hotels, and would go into the kitchen, looking for anyone who looked vaguely Indian or Pakistani, and bribe them to make him a curry 🤣

Everything is fried down here. Perhaps I will find some curried fried chicken.🤷

Bob, when we go visit family in Mississippi we often joke that the entire menu including the veg (which is French fries, onion rings and the occasional basket of fried pickles) is a flavor called golden brown. All of it is deep fried. Except in the summer when Cole slaw is the additional vegetable side 🤣
