We're going the other way. Nature is a wonderful thing, every year around St. Paddy's Day the seasons start to shift here. Yesterday Morning we had a really crisp and cold morning with clear skies overnight, today not as cold but still has that Autumn chill about it. You could set your watch to the seasons and nature, an amazing thing. Hope everyone is having a good Weekend. :)👍

Yeah mate. It's a dish I used to cook quite often in the late 80's. I don't have that recipe anymore, so I thought I'd have a stab at recreating it! 😁 It has sherry in it, and brandy. I thought about flambeing the sausages, which I've done in the past, but didn't want to set the fire-alarm off! 😱😂👍

Thanks, Jack. I captured and edited the pic of the knife but the background was all ChatGPT.

I've already been in touch with Mr. Probert at Ecotribo, who was gracious enough to send me pics of some of the knives he had on hand so that I could kick (eyeball?) the tires before I committed.

I've been meaning to get back to him to let him know that I'm pleased with the example he sent and to inquire about the possibility of obtaining some off-cuts of the material. I make weird beads.
