I'm nominating afishhunter. While I spend little time on this subforum, his posts in other places have always been informative, well thought out, and have taught me quite a bit about knives. I think one of those would look good in his pocket!

My nomination goes to afishhunter . He has a healthy knowledge of various knives, tools, etc. and his choices for carry are down-to-earth selections. We know he carries a neck knife and I'd bet he has a knife in the tow of his shoe so, that means he is covered "head to toe" with knives.

There are so many members who are great examples of what make this place great and deserving of this giveaway. My first instinct was to nominate John JohnDF . He is so welcoming, one of the most generous people I’ve met, great sense of humor, and a great guy who makes this place fun to visit every day. But…if memory serves me, he won Charlie’s last giveaway of the white bone 86 (and I don’t know if it’s weird to nominate the guy that nominated me). So he’s not my nomination (sorry, John).

I would like to nominate Jeff Amir Fleschwund . I love seeing Jeff’s knife contributions, gardening adventures, guitar adventures, and sense of humor. He also seems like a great family man and a great guy in general. He’s another one who makes this place fun to visit every day.

I’d like to nominate Nature Boy . He’s always been a pleasure to talk with and he’s helped me get a few knives that were hard to get, my brother appreciates your help as well on that! I live in the town he grew up in and see his cousins frequently as I live right around the corner from his grandma’s house. (Mike and I have never even met in person lol). It’s been beautiful weather here lately so maybe that will bring a little luck .

Okay, so I feel like there are so many deserving folks here on the forum. And all of my favorite regulars except for 315 have been mentioned at least once. And maybe that means I should nominate 315 (if i could enter for two folks, I would), but when I saw the original post, all I could think was that I wanted to enter for glennbad (even though he already has at least one nomination).

Glenn has gifted me several knives over the years (as have others), and the ones that he has given are some of my absolutely most prized knives. I feel like we are all well aware of the modding and general contributions to the porch he provides. I just want to throw my hat into trying to land him a special knife.

Very cool idea for a GAW Charlie I'd like to nominate Prester John , as I enjoy his photos and he has an amazing number of posts in his time here. There are so many others that deserve a nomination, so I went to the what are you totin' today thread and went through a bunch of pages looking for candidates. Kind of random and spur of the moment decision making, but there we are.
