I now have 3 blades in the mail. my 16, a very generously gifted Boker, and a BK11 I'm gonna pimp out for a friend. gonna be a hellish week of waiting! argh
 
Looks like I'm going to have several junk knives to baton......Oh wait, I think I finally found a use for the BK3. Yes, I think that will do nicely in fact.
 
Ya, not thrilled with my order,i agree with Linox, shipping is silly expensive, but i dooooo need that knife. I think they are gouging us a little for sure because they know those knives will sell. Think im done with them.

I didn't feel gouged in the least bit. Would I have liked to pay less? Of course, but these are limited edition blades. Very few to go around.
 
I don't get this whole Gouging thing, isn't that a communist term when there are prices fixed by the government? I was thinking this was SMKW just getting fair market value based on free enterprise. I may be wrong, it's been forever since I was in college.

Well I have a 16 coming. I was excited about the release of the tweeners and I ordered this one due to the fact that this is a prototype and the production version will be slightly different. I plan on purchasing a production 16 as well as the 15 and 17.

I have purchased a bk9, bk11, bk14, two bk2s, a bk7, and now a bk16 in less than...uh 30 days! Id say the Becker bug has bitten me. Awesome knives...nuff said.
