650 is that weird space where it isn't quite enough for a full on custom, but it's too much for most mass produced knive.

With that said, Olamic offers some compelling option in that price range, so my choice would be a Wayfarer 247 if my next purchase had to fit that narrow parameter.

In reality, I wouldn't buy it because I do not like frame or liner lock much, and wouldn't spend that amount on a knife that feature that locking mechanism.

Several posters already mentioned This but I will add to it. If you haven't tried a high quality framelock flipper with great reputation and pride of ownership, you should consider a Hinderer xm-18 3.5" with a grind most appealing to you. And yes - add a titanium scale If that is important to you.

Honestly, I'd rather buy 2 knives for $650 but that isn't allowed. If I could, I'd go G&G Hawk Mudd $390 + BM Adamas Cru-wear $252 = $642.

My experience in this range is limited. I regret missing out on the ZT Mudd back in the day.
