I just ordered one! Also ordered the fold over sheath like LostViking (thanks for the idea).

Only 16 left and dropping fast.

I really wanted this one but I am trying to curb my knife purchases until I can seriously reduce my knife collection. I thought they would be sold out by this morning. So far I am 0 - 2, between this and the MagnaCut 110....

I got the 67th from the last one (when I last posted), after deciding that maybe I'll sell or gift one of the other 3V fixed blades I recently bought (like the smaller Bradford Guardian 3 Sheepsfoot in 3V).

I don't have anything Randall Made that's closer to the new Buck 119, that I can find around here right now. I have lost one in my closet since 2020 and don't even recall what it looks like anymore This one arrived March 2020 and was for my son's college graduation, but he wanted my Omega Speedmaster Pro Moonwatch more. It just happened to be his birth year watch, fancy that, eh?

Only 66 left, after you all talked me into this BOTM.

This is Buck's 1st use of 3V, right? I've never seen them use it before (sorry if I missed this covered already, I only read page 1 and 5).

So they now have added 3v and magnacut, that's neat. Nice to see a little variety. Would love to see them drop a 124 in 3V too, though the 119 is more my flavor.

They also did a 891 Ground Combat in 3v as a BOTM.

Upgraded steel deserves upgraded handle material in my opinion.

Would have been tempting if it had micarta scales.

I've never had a lot of use for a bigger fixed blade but the blade profile really appeals to me. If I had a better Buck budget I would have got one just to admire and possibly give it some light use maybe in the kitchen. How many knives does a man really really need? At least one more..

Buck is dialing it in for sure. Got me on a hook. I'll take a 102 with this blade shape in any steel if someone is listening. A better bird and trout.
