kershaw warehouse sale

Santa is picking up some knives tomorrow?

Dave when can we expect your listing for the knives? My card is burning a hole in my wallet haha.

Will all the good stuff be gone by Saturday morning or do the put out new stuff every morning? I was thinking about driving down for this sale on Saturday, is it worth it to go after opening day?

Is it just me, or did anyone else notice something in this picture?

Now I know Dave's secret.

We're heading in now!! I was here at 6:45 and figure it will be another hour before I hit the door. Leave something for the rest of us anyone who is inside the fence already.

We got there at 4 and were in at 9. we were the first batch through. by 8:30, I think there were about 400 people in line. it was fun. I got me a shallot and a leek I can't identify, both non blem.

What else was there? :D

Tilts? ZTs?

There were no tilts, and the ZTs were being snapped up in a hurry. some friends got some, too. there were lots of knives, with a lot of different leeks, chives, scallions, and such. anything specific you wanted to know about?

wanted to stop in and thank thomas for making this sale the best ever. never seen some one work so hard to make people happy. i know you don't hear it enough so take a break and relax! you have more then earned it

thanks again thomas

It took another 2 and a half hours to make it on the door but was worth it. Seems like all the great deals were gone by the time I made it in but still lots of the more common blem knives and Chinese clam packs. I was able to grab 2 red blurs as someone brought them off the assembly floor or from the back somewhere. I was hoping for an olive handle or some sort of s30v Blur but there may not have been any this year. Also picked up some Cabela's in-store exclusive Skyline fixed blades to pull handles off of and throw some nice rosewood or bubinga scales on as well as many
other common knives. It was a 5 hour wait to get in (6:30 til 11:30) but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will have some strong memories of freezing my **** off for some nice knives.

What kind of price breaks were there on some of those things? Just wondering if it was worth the wait for you.
