Here's what I'll be sending out. Made it about a year ago --
I've got to cheat this year -- there's no way I'd get a new one
finished in time.
O1, convex ground, 3 5/8" to the guard, 8" overall.
Handle is the first piece of Mike Spenger's stabilized
maple burl I got with a copper guard and small mosaic
pin. The burl is much lighter than it looks in these pics.

I have to learn to make sheaths one of these days. That's
why it was still here. Maybe I'll get my first one made in
time, but maybe not.
That is an incredible knife! I'm just blown away. Nice grind, nice design, and the handle material is spectacular! Great knife!
I don't think it's cheating either. The knife that I'm going to be giving was forged into a bar last year and then from bar to a small hunter back in April. I just finished up the tang and got it hardened. It's tempering as I type this.
