knifeworks805? No communication!

I got an email from Ryan Sallee today (9am Pacific).

He assured me that he is finishing my blade & hardware then sending them to Seattle Edge today.
Albert will contact me when he receives them.

I have finally been contacted too. Hopefully this communication continues.
 
Hey Ryan, this is Curtis from FB. I sent you an AK47, I was just wondering on a approximate return time as I will be out of town for over a week in the middle of June. I was hoping to have my blade before then. (Duracoated of course) Thanks, I hope all is well.

On a lighter note, not sure if anyone has ever had Albert from Seattle Edge put an edge on a knife for them or not but stand by fellas. This guy is money, you will not be disappointed. I have had more than a few knives sharpened by him and he is great to deal with.

i agree he has made contact with me twice in the last day with updates on my knife at lest now he is attempting to make things right.
 
As an update, Ryan called me earlier today, but I wasn't able to get to my phone. He left me a v-mail around 2:15 ET. I just left him a v-mail & an e-mail to send my knives back to me. I'll continue to update as things happen.

Just keep in mind to relax alright? As I said, he is trying to make things right, don't start rocking the boat anymore than it has been. Patience is your greatest virtue at this point, exercise it. Bombarding him with emails and demands won't make things move quicker.

I have dealt with Ryan before and posted numerous times in this thread trying to help out with the situation. Ryan will send their knives off to Albert if and when he finishes them and for all of the negative crap posted in this thread I was trying to post something positive, something that the customers have to look forward to instead of total negativity. It is relevant to this topic because Ryan deals directly with Albert for the sharpening. Thanks but I have broken no rules here.

Exactly my thoughts. I know that Ryan does great work and would like to see him keep his good name on here which seems to be dwindling quickly. I feel fortunate to have gotten my knife back from him with all of this going on so just trying to help if I can at all. I did receive a FB message from him earlier today saying that he would make sure everything was right with the orders.

You could easily send the money via PayPal as a "gift" like I sent it to you.
Hopefully you do send out the blade today.

Can I please have the tracking number for the Leek you mailed out to ebay seller for refund? You said you looked up tracking number and the results showed you nothing. You must have had a number to look up then. This is now my 2nd time asking on this forum, and 10th time total I have asked.

yup it looks like he has stopped responding to my emails to. he left a vm on my phone saying it would be done last Friday and then he would give me a call i have not heard anything from him and he hasn't responded to my emails.

I got my blade back today but what happened to the money you say you were sending me as well?????

I just got off the phone with Albert Edmonds (nice guy) of Seattle Edge.
Ryan Sallee sent my knife to him.

Albert told me that when he returns from BLADE he will finish it for me & I can come pick it up.



I will continue updating on this thread until I get my knife back.
