Thanks Phil! I am really digging the Emerald Burlap... As far as the favorite model here, I would have to pick the thick handled Bushfinger thanks to you!

I'm glad that you are very happy with the thick handled Bushfinger. That is the way that I want a deal to work out.

I think Emerald is my favorite color by a slight margin, with Ruby & Sapphire tied for a close second.

It has been a while since I posted an update to this thread. After a couple of purchases and a couple of trades, I have added four new ones:

(Top Down: Hiking Buddy, Sneaky Pete, Leuku, & Camp Nessie)







Besides adding these four new ones, I have let a few knives go for various reasons. My remaining collection as of today are:

(L to R: Camp Knife, Duke, Big Sneaky, Leuku, Camp Nessie, Bushcrafters (2), Sneaky Petes (2), Kephart, & Hiking Buddy)

I also have a Drunken Burlap Bushfinger coming this week from KSF. I still need to add something in Electric Orange before I am done.

Thanks for the kind words Peter. The first one was the Coffeebag Sneaky Pete last October. That one set the hook for me. It has been my primary theme since then.

I think that the next time I do a group photo, I will leave one vacant spot for you know what...;):eek::D!!!

Phil, How in the world did you find the matching bolstered Sneaky to your Camp Nessie? Those are so very cool! That's one of my favorite color combos! I have a guardless HB in that combo, TT I found on eBay last summer. Are there many others that are black and blue???

You'll need to figure out a way to distract or neutralize my Guard Owl.......it won't even let me get near it. Of course, you could always sub Bud's new bolstered Camp knife ;)

I posted a WTB ad in the Flea Market looking for this specific Camp Nessie. After the prior owner contacted me, we discussed a number of trade options over about a months time. I researched his purchase history and discovered that he had this matching Sneaky Pete as well. In the end, I traded him my Arete and Toothpik for his Camp Nessie and matching Sneaky Pete. You have to trade good stuff to get good stuff. We are both happy with the outcome of the deal.

I am just going to photoshop your Bushfinger into my collection. :D I think that that is as close as I am going to get to really owning it even though I fear no owls.
