I didn't get a confirmation email for my CKS order either so I emailed and asked if the order went through. They responded that they had received the order. They did not explain the missing confirmation email. Always got one in the past.

I buy what I like, and don't worry about the investment aspect.
As long as Buck maintains quality and honors the warranty, there will always be a value in the product.

I like Vantages. I may grab one of these....... Still thinking of the copper Spitfire.

I do like that the resellers have been shut out by this practice of higher production.
That always bugged me more than the prospect of "future limited value" does.
Maybe increased production will bring values more in line with what is appropriate.
Folks speculating on knife values keeps the average person out of the game.

Retailers should be getting their own special runs spread out over 12 months.
 
I got my tracking the day after my order. That said it was suppose to be here yesterday but still in transit by the USPS....But Buck sent it our the next morning.

They will be offered not ordered. Buck of the month and Buck of the Quarter. As far as I know the program of having exclusives is over for dealers. SK wasn’t a dealer. C&C is. Dealers sell the lineup. SK was only special runs.

Forgive me as I'm new to this but are the charcoal and 5160 112/110 models that C & C sell an exclusive item or a special run? They appear to be selling those again after being out of stock for months. ??
 
That's an exclusive to C&C.
Those are the knives I referred to awhile back, as being available again after being out of stock.
I wouldn't trust the thought of them remaining............... if you want one I would jump on it.

Saw this and just ran over to C&C to get a charcoal 5160 112. Nope. Out of stock. Ok I'll grab a 110. Nope, none of those either. Too slow again :oops:
 
try the bay / C&C sells there too. Sometimes items not on the regular site will show up there.

enough w/ secrets. jeez..

Man wants to buy a Buck knife. Tell him where it's at.

That's because I realized that they were back in stock last night and grabbed the last 112. Sorry about that! I really wanted the 110, but I can settle for a 112.

I did, via PM. They were down to 3 about one hour before that I wanted him to have a chance at snagging one before the whole forum knew.

Mike, what is this "Buck Of The Quarter"? First time I've seen this phrase.
 
Has anyone received their Feb. BOTM yet? Mine is sitting in a PO Box at my local PO, will be picking it up when we go out later today. Has anybody ordered multiples? There are fewer Feb. models left for sale than the Jan. model.
