To those of you that I know or that know me I would like to say hello. To those who have continued to stir a caldron of mis-information for their own self-servicing pleasure I can not say what I think about you and your continuing narcissistic bias post. Many who post do not have an order with me, and or never have had an order with me. Some that stir the pot have tried to purchased a product from me and I have refused to sell too them. Why? Because I dont like them, any more than they like me. End of story. Now that that is out of the way let me say this if you would please. I get this thread, and two or three others from this forum send to me about one a month from someone who doesnt know that I have received them for the last three years. When they hit my email shoot and I see that it is another post or the same post reborn by one or two people who have a hard on for me I have trashed them up until now. One of the best knife makers of the last century told me something once that I never forgot. I did not even think that he knew who I was, but he called me one night on the telephone after reading some post that a small vocal group was posting while trying to stir the toilet and lynch me via the internet, and the funny thing was non of these people had orders with me either, but that was typical. Anyway what this maker said impressed upon me greatly, and I have not veered from his rule until tonight. So for the above paragraph to some I truly apologize.
Now to the point. I am not PARENT, PARENT KNIVES, Darrell Parent, MS Knives nor do I own, advise, make, or have anything to do with the operation of their company, and/or its everyday business. I have no more to do with them than I do with the operations of Spyderco, Busse, TOPS, Chicago Cutlery or any other knife company that you can name
PERIOD! For those who have posted other wise you do not know what you talking about, your ignorant of your facts, and basically are talking trash as usual. One posters who must have been logged in on the forums for several years seems to have so much knowledge to spread that he has thousands of post. He is constantly berating me as being shameful for having a website again. Hey, I have always had a website on line ever since 1998, but he has constantly posted that there is no way to get a hold of me. I am to assume with all his all his constant yammering about me, and the thousands of post he has made the facts just didnt seem to matter. A couple of clicks and he could have enlightened himself to a physical address, and numerous email addresses that lead directly to my front door or computer. I am like a number of others who have written me and asked if the guy is in love with me, just infatuated and maybe is a laden stalker, jealous, hates me, or is just stupid and vile in his over all nature. Like I tell them, I do not know. I do not think he has ever even had an order with me. I truly do not know.
So if we have that straight more or less too those who are logical and understanding, I will move on. I do not carry on my business on the internet in a public forum as many of you know. I do not and will not get into a pissing contest on the internet with people who I have no respect for nor whom I have no reason to respect. I do try to answer every e-mail, letter, and phone call to me in a timely manner. If you write and I do not answer, write again. Sort of like when you call someone and the phone is busy. Do you never call them back? Email me again, and one way or the other we will get together. One other think, I do not want you to think that I sit by the computer 24/7 waiting on that little bell to ding indicating that I have mail. Far from it, I have a life and it doesnt revolve around the computer or any forums. Sometime I go for two or three days with out checking in, due to other obligations.
Now I have very, very few (PAID) back order left to fill. Most are for items made of D2, CM154, or laminated A2 Tool steel blades, and a few are for machetes and bowie knives. I have less than forty PAID orders that have not been filled. Some will not be filled until after the first of the year when I will have my new heat-treating furnace installed. Then I will be able to heat treat air hardened tool steel blades again. At that point I will begin filling those PAID back orders. I have or should say had just a fraction over 600 orders for knives on them that HAVE NOT BEEN PAID FOR, and those order will be and/or have been cancelled. If you think you have an unpaid order and wonder what has happened to it. Well contact me and I will look it up and give you the sitrap. If you are one of the thirty-eight people who still have PAID orders with me, you can do the same, and I will also give you a sitrap on your order as well. That is all I can do.
So there is a webpage that is up off and on depending on my attitude. I sell what I have in the form of OVER-RUNS on that page or through a half dozen or so distributors around the world. However if you will come back in about seven days I will have the new webpage on line once again. I am killing of numerous pages on the web and deleting numerous items from my production list. In other words I am discontinuing many of my items, and do not plan on making them anymore.

, they obviously wont be able to help ALL at loss (since so many) but have made quite a diff. as to the BEST of their abilities IMHO. And thats from a guy whom was in your shoes as well sir
