Let me make sure I quote you to keep this eternal BS you just spewed: you started a company to make people happy, but to make money??? Yet you made people pay up front for knives, didn't communicate with them, send them their requested refunds until you get blasted, not make their knives and a whole lot of other BS, but that was all to make customers happy?
Did you just admit that you have no concept of business? I don't know anyone besides a charity or non-profit that isn't in business to make money, is this a joke or something?
I really thought that you are a charlatan, I'm starting to think maybe you are incompetent and not all there mentally now. Maybe you talk so much BS you actually belief yourself. Like how you blamed a customer for not delivering there knife because they wanted to pay for it in different invoices. A person that was only in it to make a customer happy would of just shipped them a free knife??? Which is it you complete utter liar.
* I also find it very strange that you can look up contract law yet can't figure out how to use the refund button.
And you already admitted you had to create a new PayPal account...
My point was that I can't ship anything else today, but tomorrow is a new day.
Broken record. You need money to refund people. You need money to build knives. Money is gone. Need more suckers. Repeat.
Here are two of the many problems with what you keep saying.
1 - People keep on popping up (2 so far this week) saying that you have not returned their e-mails and that you are not refunding their money. This despite the fact that you keep saying that everyone is being taken care of by you. Obviously, they are not.
2 - You keep claiming that you are working hard to issue refunds. 5 minutes! That is a GENEROUS estimate for how long it takes to issue a refund. There is NO EXCUSE for you not getting every single person refunded tomorrow... unless you don't want to or do not have the money.
Gene, quit spewing meaningless words and please refund your unfortunate customer's money. You created this mess. You need to fix it NOW.
As I said above, If we missed someone that's why I'm here. Those people were taken care of today.
We have been sending any refund that needs to go out via postal money order through certified mail, that way everyone has a paper receipt.
Thank you, Esav, for elevating this thread with Michelangelo and Pope Julius II reference!

The conduct of NK speaks for itself not only in spite of but also because of embellishment.
What were Jackie Gleason's final (filmic) words to Paul Newman? "I want my money!"
Yes, everyone has a paper receipt. Just not the knives that they ordered from nocturnalknives last year. How are you still a business?
So, a refund isn't good enough either, shocking
I am defending the fact that we are sending out refunds and knives.
People are being refunded and knives are getting shipped. You have no idea of our financial status.
No, but most here can probably imagine it.
For whatever reason, which may just be bad luck or may be an addiction, divorce, layoff, whatever..you've tanked financially. During that time you desperately needed money, and figured you had time to eventually work this out, make the knives, send a few promise E-mails and get everything back on track, but as time went on, the prospect of just keeping the cash and writing the whole thing off became more bearable. Now you're clean, or have somewhat gotten your nose at least above water, and feel like a total douche, so you're cutting lawns or working a side job or whatever and sending out a tiny bit of cash here, maybe robbing peter to pay paul when necessary, a tiny bit there, emailing the rest of the disgruntled customers anything to hold them off until you can fix it, and attempting to defend yourself here so that some day you may be able to return to making knives, which you deeply regret messing up but at the time you were in a bad place. Everyone would respect you more if you just came clean and gave a more realistic answer on when you can pay off the debts in accordance with your current finances. If it's gonna be 6 months, say so.
Also, Pay Pal sends statements, print those. those are the "receipts". i have hundreds of transactions on pay pal, not one problem EVER, even on refunds. Why are receipts required anyway? So you can prove you paid people back? Why? So they can't sue? If they were gonna, they would have.
Congrats on getting clean/re-employed/settling the divorce/paying off your fines/whatever i know it wasn't easy.
I mentioned a few posts back that the few folks that have requested refunds since I sent the last batch out will be taken care or in the next 7 days. The rest of what you just said is pretty far off. You can read back through and see that we had issues this run and it went long. That is that. Believe it, or don't
