Bad Nocturnal Knives Order

Broken record. You need money to refund people. You need money to build knives. Money is gone. Need more suckers. Repeat.

Let me make sure I quote you to keep this eternal BS you just spewed: you started a company to make people happy, but to make money??? Yet you made people pay up front for knives, didn't communicate with them, send them their requested refunds until you get blasted, not make their knives and a whole lot of other BS, but that was all to make customers happy?

Did you just admit that you have no concept of business? I don't know anyone besides a charity or non-profit that isn't in business to make money, is this a joke or something?

I really thought that you are a charlatan, I'm starting to think maybe you are incompetent and not all there mentally now. Maybe you talk so much BS you actually belief yourself. Like how you blamed a customer for not delivering there knife because they wanted to pay for it in different invoices. A person that was only in it to make a customer happy would of just shipped them a free knife??? Which is it you complete utter liar.

* I also find it very strange that you can look up contract law yet can't figure out how to use the refund button.

And you already admitted you had to create a new PayPal account...

We have the same PayPal account Mike. You can read into anything you want

1- Issuing a refund via Paypal takes literally seconds. It is safe, as any bank transaction can be, as there is a record of the flow of funds. If a refund is issued, payment made, Paypal keeps a permanent record that also serves as legal proof of payment.
2- Less time spend arguing and more time spend grinding, water jetting, stock removing = more knives.
3- There is no way to undo the damage that has been done, the knife/gun community is tightly knit and it has a long memory.

“The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten” – Benjamin Franklin

Here are two of the many problems with what you keep saying.

1 - People keep on popping up (2 so far this week) saying that you have not returned their e-mails and that you are not refunding their money. This despite the fact that you keep saying that everyone is being taken care of by you. Obviously, they are not.

2 - You keep claiming that you are working hard to issue refunds. 5 minutes! That is a GENEROUS estimate for how long it takes to issue a refund. There is NO EXCUSE for you not getting every single person refunded tomorrow... unless you don't want to or do not have the money.

Gene, quit spewing meaningless words and please refund your unfortunate customer's money. You created this mess. You need to fix it NOW.

As I said above, If we missed someone that's why I'm here. Those people were taken care of today.

We have been sending any refund that needs to go out via postal money order through certified mail, that way everyone has a paper receipt.

Yes, everyone has a paper receipt. Just not the knives that they ordered from nocturnalknives last year. How are you still a business?

NOCTURNAL KNIVES
WE MAKES KNIVES AT NIGHT
NOT LAST NIGHT, NOT TOMORROW NIGHT

SOME NIGHT A COUPLE YEARS AGO
THEN WE STOPPED
NOCTURNAL KNIVES!!!

So, a refund isn't good enough either, shocking

What isn't good enough is you stringing people along for literally years, not delivering on your promises repeatedly, no knives in sight, while their money sits in your pockets. There's nothing you can do or say now that will erase what you did. You continue to declare that "everyone is being/will be refunded" instead of being able to say that "everyone has been refunded." People continue to pop up and say that you've ignored request after request, email after email, or, worse than that, lied to them repeatedly. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself. You shouldn't even be posting online, you should be in treatment for whatever substance addiction or disease of the brain brought you to act so disgustingly over the past couple years.

People are being refunded and knives are getting shipped. You have no idea of our financial status.

No, but most here can probably imagine it.
For whatever reason, which may just be bad luck or may be an addiction, divorce, layoff, whatever..you've tanked financially. During that time you desperately needed money, and figured you had time to eventually work this out, make the knives, send a few promise E-mails and get everything back on track, but as time went on, the prospect of just keeping the cash and writing the whole thing off became more bearable. Now you're clean, or have somewhat gotten your nose at least above water, and feel like a total douche, so you're cutting lawns or working a side job or whatever and sending out a tiny bit of cash here, maybe robbing peter to pay paul when necessary, a tiny bit there, emailing the rest of the disgruntled customers anything to hold them off until you can fix it, and attempting to defend yourself here so that some day you may be able to return to making knives, which you deeply regret messing up but at the time you were in a bad place. Everyone would respect you more if you just came clean and gave a more realistic answer on when you can pay off the debts in accordance with your current finances. If it's gonna be 6 months, say so.
Also, Pay Pal sends statements, print those. those are the "receipts". i have hundreds of transactions on pay pal, not one problem EVER, even on refunds. Why are receipts required anyway? So you can prove you paid people back? Why? So they can't sue? If they were gonna, they would have.
Congrats on getting clean/re-employed/settling the divorce/paying off your fines/whatever i know it wasn't easy.

I mentioned a few posts back that the few folks that have requested refunds since I sent the last batch out will be taken care or in the next 7 days. The rest of what you just said is pretty far off. You can read back through and see that we had issues this run and it went long. That is that. Believe it, or don't

yeah, I'd say almost two years is long, all right. Anyway, best of luck to you. The knives did look pretty good, for what that's worth.

I don't know where you live/work but every post office I've ever seen has some form of drop box or automated system to process packages when the lobby is closed. Click and ship on your computer and leave them for the mail man, drop them in a mailbox on the side of the street, etc. There are many ways to ship things when the post office is closed. Hell Fedex is open 24hrs here and their prices are the same as the post office for ground shipments. There's no excuse. Trust me, I've used the excuses before, a lot of us have. You can't bullshit us man we've all been around long enough to see thru it.

That is literally a perfect assessment of what happened, except you missed where he is a habitual liar as well.
