Bad Nocturnal Knives Order

Hey Gene or maybe Jeff carte....

You know a company named Karg knife that was kicked off all the forums for scamming.... Then suddenly disappeared? Had a wife Lisa did same thing as you now.... I'm like the Asian Sherlock Holmes punk. Time to come clean mean Gene or Jeff, if any of those are your name. What's your business name listed under buddy????

You guys do a search for Karg knives.

I think you may be reaching a bit with this one. Do you have any other proof or reason to believe that Karg and Nocturnal Knives are run by the same person?

All I will say is if Gene is legit then have him post his driver's license and business license. It's kinda strange you can't find a Nocturnal knife registered and Gene seems to really like hiding his name. Gene you know how many people you have hurt and screwed.
 
I'm not planning on sharing the information publicly, but if anyone here who has received anything from Nocturnal Knives wants to message me with the address that it was sent from, I can do a public records search and uncover some info that might be useful later on.

Matt, you must be mistaken. Gene, who has a great track record for honesty and keeping his commitments, has assured us that he is working with all his disgruntled customers and that everyone that wants a refund is being taken care of.

I sent my incorrect Custom ORB back after paying in full more than 2 years ago. Now waiting for my refund of $660..

Lord I pray I don't get burned here, really can't afford it just now with our newborn triplets.

I have been watching this thread diligently since it unfolded. Periodically checking in for updates. This whole situation just keeps getting worse and worse.

I have an honest question, why aren't people suing this clown into the stoneage??? Legal action???

Really? You don't know?

Lawyers will not take small contract or property cases on any basis other than an hourly fee. Think $1,000's.
The trial court has to have personal jurisdiction over the defendant.

If there is a pattern of taking money and not producing the goods or service purchased (:rolleyes:), it looks like criminal fraud or larceny by trick/deception (or other words to that effect). The state pays for the prosecution; the courts like to force restitution as a condition of not "throwing the book" at the defendant; and all the complaining parties have to do is show up testify if the defendant is foolish enough to go to trial. The state is less likely to go after a couple of instances than a lot, and more likely to see a given number of instances as worth the trouble the further away from big cities that you get. Or if your uncle is the sheriff . . . .

People can take him to small claims court over this, no attorneys needed. Small claims court is generally pretty easy, so I don't really understand why nobody has done it either.

The answer to that is that people can't find his LLC or his real name, it is not Gene. There are customers and vendors that he has not paid or refund looking to sue him, they literally can't find the guy's real name and business. He is very good at covering himself up behind little fronts.

What I don't understand is how no one has provided an address (even a PO box) for Nocturnal Knives that I can do a public records search with.
 
Ripping someone in the knife community is bad , I'd say 7/10 on the scumbag scale. When your willing to take away from people with children though you reach a 10/10 in my book. Your up their with those people that punch little old ladies in the face while in line at the grocery store.

I'm a big believer in what goes around comes around these nocturnal knives people will get what's coming to them plus some.

I don't know how it works in Germany, but in most states of the U.S. Small Claims Court cannot issue process for compelling payment of judgments. The case has to be transferred to a court of higher jurisdiction for issuance of, for example, the attachment of a bank account. You know how to do this?

Small claims court cannot take a case without personal jurisdiction over the defendant.

And, of course, a civil judgement is no better than the ability of the judgment debtor to pay. Lots of judgments against Enron are outstanding.
