It went to his PO. Box and although I sent him screen shots twice and the tracking number and link 3 times, I am still expected to believe the unbelievable...
If in the first instance the Custom knife could have been rectified in a timely manner... I would have been happy with everything. I waited a year to receive my order after paying in full 6 months prior, then after I received the knife and wrote to Gene about the mistake, he wrote back acknowledging his mistake (the knife was not even close to what I requested/paid for). I then waited a further 6 months, wrote again and was told that Marbilized Carbon firmer was so rare and hard to come by that he had not been able to get any. So I waited a further 4 months.... and then asked for a refund.
That was 11 weeks ago.
