Nocturnal Knives isn't going to make any of this right on his own, especially by any deadline that a stranger sets. Additionally, if he is selling on instagram or some other platform now, those people won't happen to read this.

If you don't get your refund by Sunday, please post and I will immediately post the evidence, it is irrefutable. It also has all of "Gene's" info to send any legal things to. I will also blast this all over Instagram and expose him in every channel he tries to hide until he starts his scam again under a new name.

Nothing yet for me however Gene did break his radio silence about 24 hours ago to tell me that he has transferred the refund. No sign of it yet but I am slightly more hopeful than I was a few days ago. Pittknife's pressure might just be doing the trick!

He hasn't refund the dozen or so other people. I do not think he is transferring anything to you in a Sunday or Saturday. He had till today or I'm going to post his information, it's you guys call, do you want me to post it tonight or hold off?

I'd leave it up to Lawrie as he seems the closest one to getting anything back and thus the one with the most at risk in this thread that posting the info could jeopardize. That said, you did make a deadline. This thread is all about holding to your word.
That's the only reason I'm not posting it right now. There's a lot more people hey owe money to. Nothing about his wife transfer makes sense, he can't use PayPal but can do a wire transfer internationally? Wire transfers take time? That's an African prince scam, wire transfers are immediate. And if he did send the transfer like he said nothing he can do now if I post the info.
He has had plenty of time to refund and make this right. You are 100% right we can't just keep letting this con artist get away with this by dangling out fake carrots. Especially with what information has been gathered.

I'm another one who's dealing with Gene I've been following this post haven't said anything because I've been grasping at the string he's been dangling in front of me I've had three packages supposedly lost in the mail none of which showed the tracking as getting dropped off at the post office I'm at a meeting right now he owes me a Necker and a folder so he said if nothing moves by Tuesday he will refund me my full $1300 but what I'm thinking is he's just buying time to get the Necker out to me so I don't know how much longer the folder will actually take. I'll write back after my meeting I'm kind of holding off posting all the lies and missed shipped dates hoping he'll follow through but who knows
Absolutely! There is no doubt, that Gene is dreading the possibility of his home address information leaking out. Paranoia, will then become an everyday companion to Gene & Maria.

Add another one to the silent and suffering. Look USPS gets a lot of flack but truth is they rarely lose anything. I've had 1 package out of hundreds that were ever not delivered and that was by some company in China so not even sure that it was even USPS issue.
How can USPS keep losing over 75% of nocturnal knives packages, you would think you would start sending things fedex or ups. This is so obviously a lie.

I don't know if it's me being naïve or wishful thinking but he did tell me that if it doesn't get scanned in and start moving by Tuesday on Tuesday he will bank wire me the full $1300 I don't know how I feel about giving him my bank account number it that's smart but I'm kind of curious to see how it may play out doesn't make any sense to give him a business day or 2 where he can actually do these things, I'm sure that the other 2 packages where he sent a un scanned in tracking number where just to buy time or else wouldn't you insure them I mean I would have cut the 20 bucks to insure
