No one was going to bet that Gene would do what he said. That's as ridiculous as sending money...errr.....buying a knife from Gene at this point.

Let me get this straight, The knifescammer commonly known as Gene/Nocturnal knives (not his real name) didn't come through on what he said again? How can this be?

He has only lied and failed to delivered in countless issues, so this is perplexing to me.


I feel for you man, but sadly I don't think anything can be done but continuing the campaign to make sure no one else is scammed by him.
 
Still no response. So it was all total BS?????

Gene was never going to refund me even though he repeatedly told me he would and that everyone was going to be taken care of...

That he'd pay me the $660 by the end of last week...

That even though I returned the incorrect O.R.B after waiting more than a year for him to sort it... And the tracking information shows it delivered to his PO. Box on the 15th of March that he never received it...

ALL LIES. Not a single word of truth spoken. So everything that everyone in this thread has been saying about Gene has been shown to be absolutely true.

Gene knows that we just had triplets.. I sent him photos to let him know that his actions in ripping me off to the tune of almost $1000 Australian dollars will directly effect the welfare of those kids.

It takes a special kind of guy for that...

You need to tell your story on his Instagram feed. There are people there that have no clue what a lying scumbag "gene" really is.
 
Sorry to hear about the issues man! I went through the same myself. It took 2 months to get it. I would create your own Instagram post a pic, tag them and hash tag them and tell your story. If you post on his he can delete it.

Here is what I think is happening. Gene/Jeff whatever his fake name is has done this before, this time though nocturnal knives had success but his true scamming self came through and he messed it up. He figured he'd restart again but realized it would be much better to save his current scam. He got in to heavy couldn't fix it and tried
To satisfy the loudest complaints so he can continue the pyramid scheme. This thread along with numerous complaints and people looking into him stopped the orders and he is stuck bad.

The guy has never kept his word, his adoption is a lie, his wife is in on the scam. It's all about delaying and paying some people to try and get more money until he folds up.

I feel for you man, only thing we can do now is prevent this from happening again and stop this scammer.

Gene how many damn time have you broken your word and straight out lied Just on this thread. Look at yourself in the mirror and realize hell is reserved for supposed God fearing punk like you. Didn't you say you have to answer to God only? I know God didn't tell you to lie and rip this guy off you scumbag.
 
The thing is people will lie to themselves to justify what they are doing. It's a mental illness.
 
Anyone who makes a comment on Gene's Instagram should get tagged in a photo with a link directing them here. That way he can't delete it, and people can be warned about this before thinking they need one of his blades.
 
At this point I just want to set him on fire and put him out with a cricket bat..

Lawrie, don't give up man. These guys depend on guys like you giving up the fight so they can keep the stolen money. Just like Alex Dietz. People on IG were defending him all the way till last couple months until he posted he gave up and just disappeared with people's knives and money. Gene/Jeff is the exact same way. Anyone that defends him is someone I'm not interested in doing business with.
 
It's almost like dealing with the VA. They make all these promises and put you off until you die or give up.

He sent mine, but I was persistent in posting stuff. Hell he even tried to say he was going to send my knife anyway, it was done, he just needed to get it in the mail. Told him I didn't want it and he said I was getting it regardless, which I knew wasn't true, it was just appeasement. You just have to keep on for principle's sake!

Exactly. Dealing with sociopaths is incredibly frustrating because a rational person can't conceive ever telling the kind of lies that the sociopath does all the time. It's a pathology not a character trait. They're not simply petty criminals, they're mentally unbalanced and can't be dealt with rationally. Once they've ripped you off, the best thing to do is immediately involve whatever legal authorities and resources are available to the victim. Hoping that the sociopath will somehow make things right is a hopeless cause. Sure there will always be examples where the sociopath seems to doing the right thing but it's all calculated to either further their overall goal or to protect themselves in the short term.

People who think they're gonna outsmart, force or trick a sociopath into doing the right thing are simply fooling themselves.

Involve people who can deal with them as the criminals they are as soon as possible.

Good on you for digging up info on "gene." Now post it up! IMHO, any info you have should be made public so that others have all the information about this guy and don't get burned like Lawrie and the rest.
