Northwoods Michigan Jack

jeez i already got an oiled camel bone and it's awesome, but i am a sucker for saw cut. Cant wait to seem some photos. No more purchases for me until after Christmas.

I missed out on my chances at aquiring a Michigan Jack Denim Micarta today. That is the way life goes sometimes. I reside in Okinawa, Japan and with the 15 hour time difference it is hard to check email or see the KSF website change for updates. I just want to say that I got my red sawcut Michigan Jack and am happy for all the ones who scored the Denim Micarta Jack's. Shout out to Derrick and all the folks at KSF for making these great knives happen.....

I'm actually glad I missed the mammoth ones, looking over those I would have sold a body part to get a few!

I am looking forward to seeing pictures of the Mammoth handled M.J.'s. I think there were about 20. BF'ers are not the only buyers, but enough i'm sure came this way so pictures soon please.
I did see the one mammoth posted on previous page but it looks like blue camel bone to me, so might be the wrong picture ?

Nope, it is mammoth, and that is its natural color (https://www.knivesshipfree.com/northwoods-knives-michigan-jack-mammoth-ivory-28/). Here are photos:

Hey Rye, thanks for showing your Mammoth knife again. I think you can understand why i thought it is blue bone. I have seen blue Mammoth in customs, but never 100% blue like yours. Are those your own pictures, like you already have the knife ? Maybe you have a plane and you went to pick it up; I would for one so special !
Now i really want to see the others.

Thanks, Dean. Derek put together some incredible covers on the Michigan Jack. From the variations in dyed bone to the bloodwood, micarta, and an incredible collection of mammoth ivory, there is really something for everyone in this run.
